That's a hundred percent correct. For the E, you can do a regular one, or go to the 12th fret like Chris does. I do it, and I don't have a cutaway.

Wrong. The tuning is : (C#)(G#)(C#)(F)(C#)(C#) Intro: 000000, 333300, 222200, 111100. Chorus: 888800, 333300, 555500

Remember to stretch your strings out if you start to do these crazy tunings.
