Don't really know many terms for singing, but it was okay. My main problems lie with the timing, sounds like some things are going faster than the tempo, such as the piano. Overall, it's alright.

Saw some guy use a Capo on the 2nd fret, and I used chords G (320033}, Cadd9 (x32033}, and Em7 (022033). Sounds about right

On a second thought, it looks like Chris is just holdin down the whole barre, so I tried out an open Eb tuning, and it sounds about right, except for the minor chords.
