  1. Yeah they're kind of a hard band to get into, but their most accessible songs to get into is Creep, Karma Police, High and Dry, The Bends, Just, True Love Waits, and Fake Plastic Trees (their best in my opinion). If you like that stuff, then go and listen to the rest, especially My Iron Lung and Paranoid Android. If you need help on any of the songs listed, I could give you some accurate tabs. Except for this one, kind of need help on this one. 7. He uses gray for acoustics
  8. This is true, and what I did was to start with an E, then move it up one fret, and put your finger over the first fret.
  9. Now, the tuning.
  10. Read up on Paul McCartney. That guy had to learn guitar in a time where there was mostly only rightys, so he had to make due with what he had while being a left-handed guitar player.
  11. I agree with Moses, guitar : good fun.
  12. I tried it, you play a lot of the last progression chords, but it sounds like some are in a weird order or something.
  13. Well I am learning piano right now funny enough. Just learned the Scientist, and on my way on learning Trouble :) But thanks for the help on this, I really couldn't figure out what was going on in this song. This and the acoustic parts for 42 I have trouble with.
  14. But the last words kinda got me f*cked up on these chords. What order do you play em? Chords at the end
  15. Funny enough, I actually really wanted to learn Bret You Got It Goin On, thanks Moses!

  18. I love the acoustic guitar version of this song, and I have a firm belief that this song is played the way Jonny does the chords in this video: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=04bOh6cDk1I]YouTube - ‪Coldplay Clocks Acoustic‬‏[/ame] Hard to see chords, but they're there! Please help
  19. In my year of playing guitar, I learned that if you want to learn rhythm, don't focus on looking at strum patterns, just get a feel for it. Trust me, it took a while for me to get upstrokes right, but trust me, you'll be good.
  20. So far I've been taking piano lessons, probably for about two or three months now, and I'm kind of able to read music, but not really. But with your advice, I'll try to practice more, I've just been more interested in guitar.
