You know when you go to a gym and they have those mechanical bikes? Set that to music and have an instructor telling you when to stand up or to increase your incline, and you've got spin. I actually enjoyed it. Though I felt absolutely disgusting afterword.

I haven't dreamed about Coldplay in a long time... The last I dreamt was about a year ago. They were all decked out in their Viva gear and playing Lovers in Japan and my friend and I were running around under the confetti... It was pretty strange. I don't know why we were running.

This is definitely one of my favorite ones on the album. The lyrics are awesome, with their allusion to the government and whatnot. Plus, the guitar solo at the end is amazing. It makes me want to throw myself into an air guitar solo...
