  1. Hahaha you made me laugh there, I know how it feels, but it's just too "teen", don't konw, it doesn't work for me, but if it works for you that's ok.
  2. I like it a lot, it's not a masterpiece but I think that in the album it will make a lot of sense,.
  3. I think they wanted to make people think "that's strange!? Is it Coldplay?" to show how this album is different And I guesss they succeeded.
  4. Green thing means we gonna have those digital backgrounds (viva style). Maybe the story of the girl happens on the background while they perform.
  5. I like the lyrics, much better than the silly Shiver (I like the song but the lyrics...) for example. I think Chris lyrics are getting better since Viva, let's wait for the album.
  6. Oh yeh, I had forgotten abou that! Maybe the Hype video is for 3rd single! I remember they filmed Lover in Japan months before it's release. So this could be the case with the next single.
  7. ^If they really cared about other people opinion they would rewrite A Rush Of Blood To The Head over and over again, everybody likes that album, critics, fans and people who don't know the band very well. These new songs are different, not safe territory for them. And I like the clothes, they fit with the songs, are not random choices.
  8. ^It's pop. But in my opinion it's a little more alternative pop (does it exist?) whatever, it's not a radio song, Charlie Brown is more catchy and it really feels like a radio song.
  9. I'd rather Mat Whitecross, that guy knows how to make Coldplay videos, the videos he makes are not "WOW" like Strawberry Swing or LiTii but really fit with the songs. Lovers in Japan is my favourite video.
  10. And I though ETIAW reception was bad, geez!
  11. If I wait until the airplay time (3:50am here) I'll be like a zombie at class tomorrow at 7:35am...do you think they will post it on youtube like ETIAW? Then I can listen before going to school.

  13. Didn't got the "position" thing, but yes it could be a short closing song. Do you think The Escapist is intense???
  14. Not a fan of samples, but I'll wait to hear it. And I think the duet idea was dropped.
  15. Yep, I don't remember seeing Chris with that hair on the AROBTTH days. I could be wrong too.
  16. Hey, welcome! :D
  17. You just made the negative colors right?
  18. Before the song was released I loved Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall (and I guess I'm the only one who likes the title), but now I think A Hopeful Transmission it's the best one.
  19. They are going very pop on this album, but I'm loving it! Those 30 seconds are great.
  20. You'll be embarrassed because of Coldplay? COME ON! PS: I like ETIAW, so much energy in it!
  21. I like The Suburbs, very good album, but is impossible to listen to the whole thing wthout stoping or paying attention to other things at the same time.
  22. That! I like X&Y's songs, but listening to the whole album is not that good.
  23. ETIAW will likely be the end of side A on the vinyl so it makes sense for me.
