I'm Sarah, I'm fourteen, and I love Coldplay, Foo Fighters, and The Tea Party. I'm from Spain, but I live in Florida, and I love reading, writing, and sketching. And I've laughed for 8.5 minutes in a row before :D.
  2. Wait, wait, no- Gwyn would be the first lady and then Chris would do the ML w/ Jon! :shocked2:
  3. Who else thinks that Chris would make a much better president than stupider-than-a-rock Bush? And hey, Jonny would get to be the First Lady! Wheeeeeeeeeeeee, I really should go to sleep...
  4. Everlong replied to Guy'sChick's topic in Coldplay
While I do think Guy and Will would make a nice couple, I see them more as comrades, best buddies, that sort of thing. Whilst I can see Chris and Jonny together, I can't really say so for the other two. *Ducks tomatoes*

True, damaging the man's car was a bit... too much. But hey, we all have those moments where we just lose it. Personally, I would have sluggered the guy.
  6. Everlong replied to Mimixxx's topic in Coldplay
Yes, it's a horrible invasion of privacy, but then again, he should've just broken the guy's nose... the car wasn't the one taking the pictures. :stunned:

Poor Chris. I really can't stand nosy people, it's very annoying and uncomfortable. I can see why he snapped.

If you're talking about horoscopes, then yes, they can be vague and unreliable. But that's mostly because you're daily life is also greatly affected by your moon sign and rising sign. But, to quote Linda Goodman, "Astrology is a mathematical science." You'd be surprised by how precise it really is.

Anyone else on here think it's really interesting? I'm a Pisces, BTW. :D
  11. On one hand, I'm a bit dissapointed in him because it was a very stupid and immature thing to do. On the other, I find it very funny and think it's great that he took a stand against the weirdo. A bit violent, but hey, it got the point across. And then on the other foot, it's a bit... disturbing :stunned:.

Mrs. Buckland... oh my God, I can just see Chris in an apron running around like a mother hen...
  13. Everlong replied to Everlong's topic in The Lounge
Yah, it is, but I heard from someone that there's over 30. Do you think that's about right?

I really need to know about how many religions are practiced in the US. Does ANYONE know?! Because if you do, could you please please reply and tell me. Thanks a ton in advance.
  15. Yep.
  16. Now, I warn you, this next poem is crap. Pure crap. Gahhh. Here it is, anyway: I have finally reached The shores of bliss I have thrown away all of my possessions Casted away my material worries To run away with you to utopia It's time for me To set free what has been haunting me forever There's no one to tell us we can't There's no sign that says stop I'm ready to let go And run swiftly, barefoot Through the fields of dewy grass I'm ready to chase the song of the meadowlark And count the stars in the sky above me I've waited long and patiently For the moment when I could stop my yearnings For a life with only you and I and the world ahead of us Where our only worry would be the past You have recaptured my soul And now I'm ready to express All the things you knew all along I've seen my dreams in your eyes And my passion in your words I rushed headlong into your seas Full of rough waves That I couldn't swim against Yet you showed me your sparkling depths And guided me with your currents To understanding and fulfillment You're the one that saved me From my slow suffocation And you'll never know How I reached my paradise By your hope
  17. Oh, those are good points. I can't help but feel bad for the rest of the band though.
  18. Yep, I love those books. Tolkien was a genius.
  19. Like many others on here, I think I'll probably end up being a journalist. Though really, my ambition is to be an author. That would be my dream job. I love writing, and to see my fiction on the shelves of Barnes and Noble... :D *Sighs*
  20. Okay, I have one. Dunno if it's very 'artsy', but I like it :-D. "All that is gold does not glitter; not all those that wander are lost. The old that is strong does not wither, deep roots are not reached by the frost." -J. R. R. Tolkien
  21. Hmm I found him more attractive when he was clean shaven and had hair like this, even though he's still very gorgeous.
  22. Poor Chris. I'd hate being chased around by cameras *Shudders*. badlydrawngirl, I love the pineapple quote in your sig. They don't really grow on the ground, do they? :-o
  23. I agree entirely. Madonna's new song and video are crap. I agree with that. Sure, protesting against the war isn't going to make numb skulled Bush do anything, but atleast you expressed your opinions. Atleast he knows that the whole world doesn't agree with him. I don't care whether celebrities talk about if they support the war or not. Frankly, all-American celebrities that make songs about supporting the war, our country, and Bush make me more sick than people who protest against the war in immature ways. But they have the right to do that, however stupid it is. There are celebrities who protest against the war in more intellegent ways, making good points, and they deserved to be heard. Atleast they're using their fame wisely.
  24. Wheee! Finally! What's your favorite song by them? Personally, I like 'Emerald' the best.
