I fixed it again, and this time I writing this down. So after it says no content, go into iTunes and delete all of the back-ups. Then click restore. It should ask if you want to back-up. Click yes. Then restore the iPod with that back-up, and everything will work again! :D

Now it's happening again. Next time, I need to write down what I did. :P
