  1. its so pretty! :dazzled:
  2. i think coldplay lyrics have always been basic. paradise and ETIAW shouldn't be criticized for their lyrics because coldplay lyrics aren't held to a high standard
  3. to the contrary. UATW is the most special because of this. the festival songs will always be the better MX songs IMO
  4. just trollin' :awesome:
  5. hate to nit-pick but, you think parachutes is the least cohesive? your definition of cohesive may be different than mine so I will clarify. To me cohesiveness equals flow. Parachutes flows very well, in a way that it can lull you to sleep (in a good way). Now if I thought cohesivenss meant that it tells a story then yeah you're right. Parachutes doesn't tell a story. But from a band like Coldplay, I'm not expecting a lyrical masterpiece. So if an album flows musically I am happy.
  6. its so generic  nice, but no lasting appeal
  7. Fix You 0 The Scientist 10 ----------------------------------- Bigger Stronger 5 Trouble 5

  9. Yellow In My Place Lost! Hurts Like Heaven Everything's Not Lost
  10. awww... :smug: the nostalgia...
  11. but its just so cliche to say you like it from start to finish. why can't you just say what your favorite song is????
  12. what are you trying to say about chinese people  :P
  13. this post has a progression, unlike MX OH!
  14. MX is not better than A Rush or Viva, however it does contain some killer tunes (Hurts Like Heaven, Charlie Brown, Us Against the World... and I think Paradise and ETIAW are better than they get credit for). MX is obviously the furthest Coldplay has ever gone into the pop genre, which was a bit off-putting at first because I was expecting VIVA 2.0 . But now I enjoy the album, especially the first half. Plus, I believe MX is the best live compared to the other albums. thats my two cents
  15. this answer sickens me. you are basically saying that Up In Flames and Princess of China are on the same level as Hurts Like Heaven and Charlie Brown.
  16. i really dont like the video. about 50% of it is jumping around and the other 50% is the two stupid people making out
  17. tee hee! Johnny, hop scotch!!!
  18. Rihanna: Sure! I'll do Princess of China with you! Chris: YIPEEEEE!

  20. MX stands for Mylo Xyloto. Mylo Xyloto are nonsense words. what is the point of this thread?
