Wow a Dido topic :) I've been listening to her since her first album 'No angel'. Love her angelic voice so much. I don't like all the songs on her new album, but I'm in love with 'the day before we went to war'. A duet with Chris and Dido would be just magic.. suppose that will never happen :(

This criticism for coldpay, to me is something that really only excists online. Ive been listening to them since x&y, but i I registered on this forum in 2011. So thats when I learned about this criticism and hate. If I still would be just listening to their music, I wouldnt even know. Djs on the radio love them, its all positive on there, and around me, people dont hate then. They are a respected band. The online world is a different story, thats how I see it, or well the way it is for me..

why would it be more illegal than all the music that's being shared on this forum. Any sharing of music that you can buy is illegal anyway :inquisitive: I dont think coldplay will mind that we like to have all the tracks in audio format from this dvd.

Request :) Can anyone rip the audio from the dvd/bluray in high Flac quality? So that we also have the audio from the scientist, don't let it break your heart and violet hill. I will receive my bluray tomorrow, but I can not rip it since my pc can only play dvds.

How can anyone think it might be in 3D, lol! Like they are going to make a 3d concert film for just one night in the cinemas... ouch, that would cost them money

For the Dutch: Pathe just said (twitter) that the other cinemas, that are on the coldplay cinema site but missing on pathe.nl, will be added as well.. I wonder if that will be today..

The cinema I was planning to go to is not there. :( will cost me a lot more parking costs edit: ok, that listing on the cinema coldpay site is not correct for Holland! It's much shorter. Now I really don't understand it...

Of course, thats why tv's are full hd, tv channels, computers, tablet.. etc.. Sharper image gives more WOW-effect through your eyes to your head :shocked2: Watching a concert with full HD/bluray will give you a more realistic experience, brings you closer the concert/artists :) in my opinion :)

How is that ever going to be possible..lol: 15 tracks in only 40-50min. 50min/15= 3.33min per song. I know MX is short, but still..

haha, lol.. not just the video. It must be the cd and dvd. Cd's can not be longer than 80 min I believe. So 173-80: 93min of video, maybe a few min more.

Hmm, so with the tour diary squeezed into those 90min, it means there's even less concert. Makes sense, with Lovers, speed and Warning S. not being on there. It's probably about 75min of concert and 15 min in total of tour diary pieces in between.

That's the (Dutch) idea, because there are no first auditions like in idols, where there are people that really can not sing at all. All the people you see have already been through first auditions, so they can sing. No judge in the Dutch version has ever been mean or disrespectful. I wonder in what country the judges tell the people, that they suck.. ??

Don't Be. I have made audio rips from all my concert dvd's. Its very simple, you just need some software. I ordered the bluray, and I dont have a bluray drive in my computer, so I cant rip a bluray, but I'm sure someone here who ordered the dvd, can do it :rolleyes:

I suppose its all down to the director of this film. I guess he started with the idea to make something special, not a normal concert registration. And I guess that idea started with the idea of making a 90 minutes long film. So.. it will be something really different from any other normal filmed concert.. Even though I will miss those 3 great songs.. I expect it to be mindblowing, spectaculair and moving :)

I guess all my live dvd's are boring then lol :) :smug: U2 have released like ehmm, 8 live dvd's? So thats a great collection of concerts for the U2 fans. After releasing that many, yeah you can expect a band to do something what they want. I think Coldplay, with releasing only their second live dvd, should think a little bit more about what the people want that have been supporting them for so long, and have been looking out for this dvd expecting a full setlist. A dvd with their favourite performances.. like LIJ, SOS, WS. And with adding just these 3 it doesnt become that much longer. People were all saying that the show was too short when they started with the MX tour. But, oh well.. I dont have a magic wand, so I can not make it a full concert. It is what it is..

Cd's have a max of 80 minutes, so there can never fit a full concert on a CD. So if you get a live cd with a dvd, there are always songs missing on the cd.
