Where is the love for this track? Love it!💛 Probably my favorite from Moon music! It's very happy but in a pure way, love the whole production. It's very interesting that there was going to be a video.. It's weird though that you can only get the Full moon version digitally.. Why not make a physical version available for everyone..

Agree! Absolutely beautiful and perfect. One of their most beautiful songs they ever made in my opinion.

I also think it's a bit too much. But after many listens I understand it now more.. the way it builds up to the guitar ending part. Do you think the sample is completely removed, in the non-explicit version? I would think so, because how else are they going to fix that.. muting every 'fuck' will sounds very ___ ___ ___ And listening to the music in the background, it will still sound very strong without it I think. But it absolutely is a brilliant track with or without the sample :heart:

No other band/artist confuses me like Coldplay does. Since AHFOD I had given up.. since MX there were the great bonus/ep tracks like moving to mars, ghost story, aliens.. but from AHFOD I really thought: from now on, the only Coldplay thing to look forward to are the 1 or 2 non-album tracks.. and if I'm very lucky maybe 1 album track.. I really didnt think they would ever put songs like Trouble in town, eko, guns etc. on an actual album. Maybe they sort of realise they need to keep their older fans happy too.

Ok, I totally did not expect this, I thought it wouldn't be possible to connect with a Coldplay album after the last couple of albums, especially the last one. I didn't even buy a physical copy of AHFOD, just a few songs on itunes. Everyday Life -> preordered! The intro is so breathtaking. Is it me, or am I not seeing that much love for Church? I like it very much. Even though the production is much more smooth. The music and the hopeful vibe reminds me a lot of the song Save Me from Gotye, which is a big favourite. I think the production works well, not overdone and I dislike a lot of production from MX/GS/AHFOD. A little getting used to Broken, but it's happy and uplifting gospel, very nice. Also needed to listen a few times to When I need a friend, but the emotion/singing is so intense, it does grab me. The piano part on Bani adam is something I've been hoping for since Postcards from far away. Beautiful! Trouble in town: Amazing.. but that agressive movie sample or whatever it is.. it's too harsh and it breaks up the song. Wish they left it out. I really hope they have completely left it out on the non-explicit version! On Arabesque the swearing at the end is perfect, it's the exact emotion you want there to just grab you. Daddy: slow and beautiful! And the only other long song with Arabesque. Eko and Arabesque are my other favourites. Guns and champion of the world, great too. So many things going on, on this album, it keeps me wanting to listen to it over and over. It's not exactly an album album like Viva, where everything just fits and flows prefectly, but that's fine. It's diverse and interesting, much more real and raw than their 3 albums before this one. It's also a perfect autumn/winter album : ) I'm excited for the Jordan concert, I hope they are going to do some special things. This whole ranking thing: I dont get it. In my opinion an album needs it's time to find it's place. And when you've been listening to an album for over 10 years, its like a 'musical relationship'. Rush, Parachutes, Viva and X&Y are special to me, they were there in certain times, bring back memories. No new album, even if I'm absolutely over the moon by it, can just sit next to one of those albums that I've been listening to for all those years and years.

Arabesque made me return to this forum, since a long time. Their last album didn't do much for me... So Arabesque... what a surprise! Everytime I listen to it, it's all goosebumps and shivers. It's surreal to me that this is on a new Coldplay album. What an unbelievable genius piece of music!! So much dept, feeling, power. I think everything is perfect in the song: the long brass part, Stromae, Chris swearing at the end, it's raw, it's honest, it's real. And the music at the end.. OMG! Euphoria! I like Orphans too. It's a solid song, great melody and not overly polished or poppy. I feel Viva vibes. So, I'm very very curious about everything else on the album.

Aliens is brilliant. Was very surprised that they released this. I love Hypnotised and All I can, but this is something else. Absolutely best song since the Viva album. It keeps on going up in my favorite (Coldplay) songs list. We need more music like this!! edit: Actually I find it one of their best songs ever, top 10 :)

I like Hypnotised, no actually I love it.. :heart: ... Love the atmosphere. It works great with midnight, atlas, moving to mars, all your friends..

Ohhhh, those Viva (area) vibes... how i wish they would just now start to look back, how I wish to feel the excitement of that area again..

I'm no audiophile, but I do have an audio system that can play HD audio. So i searched for Coldplay HD audio and found this link on a forum: http://dr.loudness-war.info/album/list?artist=coldplay&album= It seems that their HD audio is not worth it, it's upsampled. Low dynamic range.

With this tour the contrast between old and new songs is so obvious. This is of course going to be the same story for the fans. There will be a huge group enjoying the big party jump tracks and a group enjoying more of the old songs. Unfortunately it will be harder for this group to enjoy because many people are not paying attention. And that just what I felt, I wanted to enjoy and feel that moment just like how I enjoyed that special Warning sign performance during the MX tour, everyone around me was listening or singing. Now I was trying to listen to til kingdom come and not to my neighbours chatting. So, now we have a show where a lot of people are not focused during the complete show. Exactly the oposite of this whole family/love/togetherness idea which Chris so very much endeavors. I know I shouldnt put a label on people, but this is another obvious thing that striked me. There was a type of people that I would never expect to go see at a coldplay concert, they seemed to be a 'Toppers' or schlager kind of crowd people. Look 'toppers' up on google images and you'll immediately know what I mean. Did anyone else notice a difference in type of people?

The concerts feel so incomplete without the GPASUYF or Violet Hill or Major Minus, anything rock-ish. Such a disappointment from this tour. Hope they will add it to the setlist in 2017. Why havent they played songs like Ghost story, Spies (didnt Chris mention that in the beginning in some interview?), Everythings not lost, All your friends, Square one, Up with the birds, death and all his friends etc. etc. I thought they were going to be more diverse/creative with those requests. Love the acoustic versions! Heard In my place and Til kingdom come in Amsterdam, enjoyed them so much even though I was far away from that stage. Unfortunately people were talking through the songs.. they seemed to only enjoy songs like Hymn, Sky etc. :no: I really felt like I wasnt surrounded by fans, but by people having a night out to a big show from a big famous band. With MX this was still so different. Something really has changed now. Made me feel less connected with the band. Ok, sorry for my complaining here. Didnt write anything about the concert yet. Time for a good break for this band.. Have some good thinking, some good jamming :drummer::guitarist:and especially find different inspirations!! And surprise us!!
