I always thought backstage tickets were like special VIP spots, like the seats you see at festivals where there are people towards the sides on the elevated area on the stage, not seats that are literally towards the back.

These are sooo cool!

Presale tickets show that you can't get tickets towards the back side, so I'm guessing it's not.
