Okay, now I am officially expecting MX to leak between now and the 17th. Before I never really expected it. But now it is the 14th (in france at least) I have officially started expecting.

Twitter would be a better place to get it than youtube. Youtube is highly moderated and has corporate interest's at heart - so a leak would only last an hour or so on youtube before it was taken down.

Right, because Florence's voice is far more suited to a rnb-pop fusion song than Rihanna's is. Florence also has an exotic voice that is suited to the song. Wait. None of those things are true! ;) :kiss:

Ugh, here we go again.. No it's not common sense for them to play new songs. That would require them to be breaking the law, unless they have some kind of amazing exclusive deal with EMI - which I highly, highly doubt. They'll play ETIAW and Paradise the first two weeks.

Meaning it's going to get to number 1 in the charts all over the world and be the most important song of the year? Nah. Doubt it. Nothing in MX will top the commercial success of that song.

Dude, that doesn't mean anything. Why don't you just calm down and think. Tell me, why would EMI release the album for free before the release date? That's like me saving my money for years and years to open a jet ski shop. My jet ski shop opens on the 10th of December, and everyone is very excited and can't wait to buy my jet skis. People can't wait to spend their money in my shop and make me rich! But, on the 5th of december, I open the doors for five days and let people take whatever they want for free. Would that make sense?

They only took down the stuff they wrote. They didn't write that. Also; the Rihanna forum is saying that EMI will STREAM the album on the 15th. That's far more plausible than them LEAKING the album on the 15th. One is a promotional stunt that may work to gather excitement, and one is throwing away their money. To be honest, I think the thing on the Rihanna forum is probably a load of garbage too, but it is actually possible.. very slightly. But there is no way in hell EMI will actually leak the album for free download a few days before release.

To be honest, you aren't helping yourself. Getting all worked up whenever you hear something that is clearly fake or is clearly a troll attempt isn't going to make the wait any easier for you. However, I do admit - it was entertaining. So feel free to continue :P But seriously, I do understand. It is really exciting!

Something as ludicrous as what the boys did just then will probably get noticed and reported, but something really subtle like "EMI is leaking the album on the 15th" may not get noticed. Wikipedia aren't constantly patrolling around and looking at every single edit - just like the moderators here don't go around looking at every single post every single minute. Someone reports something, and then they go into investigate. It is very probable that one sentence will never get reported, but still manage to troll many people. I really do apologise for our rudeness towards you. It truly is all messing around. But man, you're being incredibly - incredibly naive and thinking without logic.

What is with the mass of stupid posts recently? I'm pretty sure 90% of it is just trollin' but still, it's getting to me. Dude, leaks don't work like that. Nothing leaks privately. Mylo Xyloto is the most anticipated music release of this year. It's not just hidden away on some random website. People find things incredibly quickly. You could leak this album to the most exclusive, most random, most unknown website in the world and I assure you it would be all over youtube and twitter in about 5 minutes. I know it's fun playing detective. But you don't have to :)

That sentence about the leak has no source. Therefore it was written by a random person. This is not confirmed at all. In fact, I would bet lots of money that is a load of shit made to troll fans. Why would EMI "leak" the album on the 15th? That would only result in them losing money. Streaming the album is a different ball game, but leaking it? Bullshit. Don't believe everything you read. You won't last long on this planet if you keep doing that.

I doubt you really were being thoroughly innocent. You put the EMI thing in the video. Why else would you do that unless to fool people? Anyway, no, to answer your question - it doesn't seem legit. It's full of echos and it sounds .. live. I've never heard a studio album that has that sound to it, so as soon as the music started it sounded really really fake. Also, at about 40 seconds in you can clearly hear the crowd. Good job though, I guess :)

Yeah. Maybe he/she only has the MX track, that is really echooey and has crowd noises in it. Apparently Coldplay recorded the studio version outside of the studio. Or they've just edited the sound. What do you think is more likely?

Really? Put in head phones. Go to the 39-40 second mark. Use your ears to listen. Clear crowd noises. I'm telling you, this isn't real. Don't be fooled that easily.
