:rolleyes: Well what the hell are you doing getting all worked up and upset? Coldplay have nothing to do with this. Someone remixed it and they liked it and decided to upload it. Radiohead allow remixes of their music too. So do Death Cab for Cutie. Hell, lots of it is even worse than that Paradise remix. Does that mean Radiohead and DCFC are " predictable, ordinary and shallow"? Of course it doesn't. You're just being reactionary and angry.

No problems :) Yeah, waiting has gotten easier. I was really anxious last week to hear it, but I've mellowed out now. Don't get me wrong, I do believe there will be leak. It will be groundbreaking if it doesn't leak at all. I can't think of a high profile album that never leaked before an actual physical release. So if it doesn't leak at all, you have to commend them on making history. But I just think it's silly how cramped up people are getting. People are searching all over the internet day and night trying to find it. It's useless. When it leaks, we will know in a matter of seconds. We aren't going to find it on some shady website.

The copies that the journalists and critics have are encrypted with a security code that rules out any chance of them leaking it. If they were to leak it, it would tell EMI exactly when, who and where it happened. They would lose their career and face legal issues. Also, a journalist in a respected magazine isn't going to leak an album. Especially not with this new security code thing that is on promotional copies of MX. I'm fairly certain they are the only people who have the record right now. Japanese retailers probably don't even have it yet. It will most likely arrive on the 17th in Japanese music shops - that's when you can really expect a leak.

Lyrics sound Coldplayish? Not at all. "Don't let it break your heart" isn't even mentioned once. There are no "oooohhhhs" in the song at all (and DLIBYH is confirmed to have plenty of them). Not to mention the music. The music is appallingly bad. I don't believe the boys would ever let something that sounds like that pass. Also, there is not a chance in hell someone could listen to a song once, come home and make a cover version of it. Not a chance. You can't possibly remember all the lyrics, all the chords, all the chord changes and notes. He said he was "taking notes in secret" really? You believe that? Someone can just sneak a notepad into a listening party and scribble complex notes during a 3 minute song and come home and make a cover? Nonsense. This has nothing to do with Coldplay. It's just a amateur dance track

Whats the go with people not reading what I type? Strange. Watch the Throne had a digital release. Plenty of albums have not leaked before a digital release. Not leaking before a digital release isn't that impressive, you just need a good team of computer security experts. I'm talking about real, physical albums that have a physical release. Mylo Xyloto will be the first not to - at least the first from a AAA band.
