Juhuu, so my secret santa has finally arrived! It is from Poland this year. I find this so amazing that you do not know what and from whom you are going to receive something and so exciting when and if it will arrive! So thank you very much dear Bacha90 for your nice package. The area where you live looks very nice - a bit like where I live as well even though Poland is so much more in the North. The magnet is already on my fridge, the Coldplay foto (very nice) and the card on my desk and the little tree made it even on my christmas tree already as it is matching perfectly. Thank you so much Christa! I am a yoga teacher and I always wondered if Chris or the other guys do yoga. I have even once asked the Oracle but did not get a reply. Somehow I felt it that Chris does Yoga, but I was not sure. Do you know with which teachers he practices? Is it Eddie Stern or somebody else? Is he into Ashtanga like the rest of the famous lot like Madonna and Sting?

I tried now with a different browser as well, but when I click on post reply nothing happens, so I only have the quick reply window and with this it is not possible to upload a picture and the link did not work as it is not on a public internet page. Any suggestions? Is it possible that it is blocked by a pop up blocker? Last I uploaded pictures I still had a windows pc, now I use a Mac, does that make a difference?

As promised, here comes the picture of my lovely secret santa gifts (it does not show in the preview) so maybe I need another try .... The cook book is especially appreciated, since I love Indian cuisine and do cook it quite a lot. But so far I had only one curry cookbook and various recipes out of the internet. So to have a proper authentic book from India is great! The baubles have already made it on my tree and the kids already asked if they can have some chocolate too :) . The Coldplay poster is great of course. Will pm you as well Rahul.

So happy, so excited! My first ever secret santa package has arrived!!!! What a coincidence that the first package from 2012 was lost from India and now my secret santa 2014 is also from India and it arrived alright and by the looks in no time at all! It is very late now and we celebrate Christmas Eve tomorrow in Germany, so I will post pictures somewhen later. But just one thing., THANK YOU so much Rahul - your gifts are amazing and so generous!

Well last year I forgot to enter, and the year before my packet was apparently lost on the way from India (according to Mr. Secret Santa) and when the pledge came to send an additional secret santa to the ones that did not get one I sent another one. Since my package had been sent I was not included in this second round as it might still arrive .... Then I asked my secret santa who had received my gift if he had sent his and if it had arrived ok, and then he said, he did not get to it :angry:, so I urged him to at least send a card in January, because the person is waiting for it. Not sure if he has done it. I do not know why people enter if they then do not take the time to send something. Happy 4th advent everybody!

I am also still waiting - I have by now sent three secret santas and have never received anything, so hopefully this year will be different!

I preferred the Munich Show - not only because I was there in person- I think the crowd was more enthusiastic. Or is this just my biased view?

Yes, when we left the premises I said to my partner, this was the best Coldplay concert we have ever had! It is only afterwards you start thinking oh could they have played more - but it is the experience that counts! And this evening was truly special.

Posting now, since only back now with some time to spare. We are probably unusual Coldplayers since we are twice the age of the first row at least and therefore we did not make it there... Had to arrange babysitting and therefore only were there at around 5:10 PM. Forgive me but I had a sneak to the front of the people queuing, knowing there would be a lot of cold players .... I am pretty sure I recognized Mafuyu, as he is the only one with a real picture of him in the avatar (or at least I saw a person that looked a lot like his avatar!) Even with this little queuing we made it to the tenth row or so, which was pretty awesome. I talked to the people next to me and they had about 1.5 hours to drive to Munich and thought they were far away and I told them that there are people flying here from all over Europe!!! It was my 5th Coldplay concert and my first intimate one. Before I saw them in the Olympic Hall, Riem, Rock im Park and Arsenal Stadium - All big venues. This was quite different. For the first time it felt so real from the first tune, it was so authentic. With other concerts I was always so overwhelmed by the shere size and had to pinch myself during the concert to convince myself that this is really happening. Even when we were 2nd row (first and probablylast time ever) at Rock im Park it was not so good, as even when Chris was standing right in front of us, he was not looking at us but far in the distance. Not so this time. I had the feeling the Band really saw all of us and we saw all of them. The setlist was great and the sound too. The boys were really cheerful. I was surprised that Chris did not get up to dance during Fix you, as every time in the last third of the song or so I see him jumping across the whole stage in my mind as he did that at the concert in Riem (Munich). When they played a Sky full of stars I was disappointed since I thought they would not play Christmas lights, but it came afterwards and made me very happy. I was also pleased to catch some confetti, since in London 2012 none of the confetti made it up to the seats. The atmosphere was fantastic right from the start and the audience dancing and singing enthusiastically latest with the first sounds of Charlie Brown. Chris was singing true love really with his whole heart - this is how I felt it and it was nice to see that. All around a great amazing concert - even though as always recently a bit short. But we knew that before.

Can anybody remind me of when the doors open for normal people tomorrow?

I have never seen Coldplay perform more than 80 mins max. This is one thing that annoys me about their concerts. And they do play encores but they are included in the 75-80 mins. When you are just warm, they say this will be our last song now (at around 60 mins) and everybody goes WHAT? Then I hear stories of Bon Jovi and U2 playing 2- 2 1/2 hours.
