Does Anyone Have Remix Stems?
I'm trying to find remix stems for Paradise and Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall. Does anyone know where I could find either one of them? If anyone has them, could they PM me the link? Thank you!

The next single - which song will it be?
It's most likely Princess of China. I would love to see Charlie Brown afterwords because we all know thats the real deal. I'm still wondering why they chose Paradise over any other song. That song is terrible! Nothing special to it!

'Up In Flames' Sounds Like...
That is very true. However, I was specifically comparing it to Ungodly Hour by The Fray. Listen to that song and see if you can spot the similarites between it and Up In Flames and see if you catch my drift.

'Up In Flames' Sounds Like...
Can someone tell me why they are vague comparisons. I want to know.

'Up In Flames' Sounds Like...
Why do you say so? I'm just curious.

'Up In Flames' Sounds Like...
I think so too. I think Up In Flames has too much bass! :bigcry:

'Up In Flames' Sounds Like...
Ungodly Hour by The Fray. [ame= ] [/ame] REASONS WHY - They both have a simple and repetitive drum beat (not meaning it in a negative way) - They both share the piano as the main instrument with soft guitars following - They both are about break-ups and relationships What do you think? What other songs share these similarities? Just remember this is just for fun. :)

Ultimate MX Tracklist??

Ultimate MX Tracklist??
Ok it's just a tracklist that I think would sound good together. DO NOT TAKE IT SERIOUSLY! And the reason why the dates have passed is that I was trying to simute the release of my version of Mylo Xyloto. Some people...

AMAZING: Hurts Like Heaven Charlie Brown Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall Major Minus Don't Let It Break Your Heart GOOD: Paradise U.F.O. Princess of China (feat. Rihanna) Up With the Birds OK: Us Against the World Up In Flames A Hopeful Transmission WTF: Mylo Xyloto M.M.I.X. NOTE: Mylo Xyloto is a beautiful introduction track BUT I prefer the live version over the studio version. Again, M.M.I.X. is a waste of time. It's MY opinion. DO NOT JUDGE. :D

Moments on Mylo Xyloto where you shed a few tears ?!
Gravity made me cry last year when I was going through a tough time.

MYLO XYLOTO: My Review
Well when I said that M.M.I.X. should have been left off, I meant that it shouldn't be it's own track. It should have been merged at the end of Us Against the World. I mean its a pointless track by itself. If you were to listen to the album from front to back it would make sense.

Thank you so very much! I tried my best! :)

MYLO XYLOTO: My Review
Mylo Xyloto - This very short introduction to the masterpiece itself will leave fans wanting more epicness. If this track was a full song, it would fit nicely here. Otherwise, it needs to be mixed in with Hurts Like Heaven. Hurts Like Heaven - Other than the autotune, this track is definitely the song fans will adore. Who wouldn't love the epic guitar solos mixed in with a high-pitched synth?. It works well being the opening track. Paradise - Being the second single, this song is either something you will love or hate. The low bass toppling over Chris Martin playing a sweet tune on the piano leaves you feeling polarized. Some fans may find the repetitive. Charlie Brown - This is no doubt the best track on the album. Being the fan favorite live, it strikes resemblance to the melody of Viva la Vida. This tracks shows you that Coldplay still love to write the same music they wrote ten years ago. Us Against the World - Played throughout the summer festivals, this acoustic piece features drummer Will Champion singing along side Chris Martin over a soft guitar melody. This track best represents the acoustic portion on the album. M.M.I.X. - A short, pointless interlude that you will definitely skip over on your iPod. It has no build-up to the next track whatsoever. Resembling no meaning and is a waste of time, this could've been left off the album. Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall - We then cut to the street single that was released over the summer. The acoustic/electronic mix is best represented here. Chris Martin knows how to write an anthem but surely doesn't know where to place it. Major Minus – A low synth pounding over an untuned guitar is well-fitted in this high-point of the album. Chris Martin's distorted vocals leave you with a rocking feeling that makes you want to scream! U.F.O. - A short acoustic piece by Chris Martin rings the sounds of Wedding Bells and shines the Christmas Lights. It was much unexpected but it works nicely here. Princess of China (ft. Rihanna) - An R&B/Hip-Hop beat over Rihanna's high pitched voice leaves this radio-friendly hit surprisingly nothing special. It's a tune you can nod your head to and nothing more. Up In Flames - Being written and recorded in over a week’s worth of time, this rushed piano piece will catch you from the start. A scorching melody over a hard hitting 808 kick will again leave you feeling polarized. A Hopeful Transmission - A short interlude that hums the melody of Mylo Xyloto. It cuts to the next song perfectly but shouldn't be its own title track. Don't Let It Break Your Heart - A huge chorus, ringing verses, what more can you ask for? This is where Coldplay gets to be Coldplay. It leads out to possibly be the runner-up to Charlie Brown. Definitely single worthy material! Up With the Birds - Two songs mixed as one. A ringing piano tune cuts to a weird synth that separates it from a short acoustic sample with the band singing along. A great ending track that leave you with a smile. I would give it an 8/10. What are your thoughts?

First Impressions of Mylo Xyloto (and vote in the 1-10 sliding scale poll!)
Here is my final review: MX - This is beautiful intro but it should have been mixed in with the opening track. Hurts Like Heaven - This is definitely a work of art! The production quality sounds amazing! Paradise - A very experimental track. It fits nicely here but shouldn't have been a single. Charlie Brown - It's no doubt the best track on the album! You will love it from the start! Us Against the World - A masterpiece that fans will love! The only problem here is the guitar mistake in the intro. M.M.I.X. - This is pointless. No buildup to the next track. It just sounds like the wind blowing. Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall - A beautiful track! It should have been the closing track though. Major Minus - An acoustic/electric mix of awesomeness! U.F.O. - A little acoustic piece by Chris Martin that rings the sounds of Wedding Bells! A fan favorite for sure. Princess of China - A nice tune that will make your head nod. Rihanna adds nothing to the song though. Up In Flames - A great track but was less than great expectations. Too much bass! A Hopeful Transmission - A nice interlude but should have been mixed in with the next track. Don't Let It Break Your Heart - This is my favorite track. It grand and everything Coldplay fans will love! Up With the Birds - A nice ending track. It sounds like two songs put together but you can't really tell until halfway through. Overall I would give it an 8/10. It is something Coldplay fans will love but will not worship.

Do You Think Coldplay Is Done?
It wasn't stupid question to ask. The NME interview scared me a little. I myself doubt that they will break up anytime soon. It feels to me as if they are just getting started! When I said "I actually believe that they have one more record to make before they leave the stage.", I was stating something that I could see happening in the future, but that doesn't mean that I think they are done! NO WAY! Love live Coldplay!
-
Do You Think Coldplay Is Done?
Check out the NME interview with Chris & Jonny. They really are saying that this might be that last album. No joke.
-
Do You Think Coldplay Is Done?
As they have said this many times with previous efforts, Coldplay are saying that Mylo Xyloto may be their last record. What do you think? EDIT: Personally, I doubt this is true. I could see them making one more record to make before they take a little break. I doubt that they will ever break up anytime soon!

Princess Of China, next single!
This was expected. To assure fans, I'm positive that Charlie Brown will be a single at some point. It is a standout on the album + a fan favorite live. If released, it should do well on the charts. I'm still wondering why they chose Paradise as the second single. There is nothing special to that song...
