Thanks for adding a poll to the thread! :) I'm sure that Coldplay intended this song to be commercially successful since they chose Rihanna as the guest.

What I Adore: - The "Ohhs" in Hurts Like Heaven - The intro to Charlie Brown - U.F.O. - Don't Let It Break Your Heart - Up With the Birds (but I don't like that weird synth cut that wobbles in the middle of the song)

I'm pretty sure it's the final version now. Plus, I have the .FLAC leak which is supposedly the best quality out there. It's uncompressed and it sounds amazing to me. The only problem I hear is Chris' vocals on DLIBYH. They are way too low. :cry:

A Rush of Blood to the Head Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends Mylo Xyloto X & Y Parachutes

Disappointments: - Up In Flames - I listened to it on my H-Fi stereo system. Too much bass + sounds rushed and underproduced. - Princess of China - As much as I love this song, I hope they release a "Rihanna-less" version. Surprises: - Hurts Like Heaven - The production on this track sounds amazing! - Up With the Birds - I was not expecting such a well-formed track! - Don't Let It Break Your Heart - Definitely single worthy material here! Overall, I'd give the album an 8/10. It's better than Parachutes and X & Y but nowhere near as good as A Rush of Blood to the Head or Viva la Vida.

I don't think it's the final mix. Wasn't Hurts Like Heaven supposed to fade into Paradise without silence? Or did I misinterpret?

I never said Rihanna was bad in the song. She is a terrific singer and does an amazing performance for the song. I just happen to think that she is more prominent in the song than Chris.

It seems as if Chris Martin only sings one verse. 2. Jonny is barely on the song! I understand if your exploring new sounds but don't leave out a band member! Even though I hate some parts, I think its a great song! what are YOUR thoughts?

Is it true that Coldplay's label EMI will stream Mylo Xyloto online on October 15th? If so, I'm psyched. I apologize if this question was already asked in a thread earlier on. I don't spend much time on here! :D

I'm guessing that next up in line is either Princess of China (ft. Rihanna) or Charlie Brown. However, I do have a hunch that Princess of China will be the next single only because it has Rihanna. I believe that Charlie Brown will follow, and they will top it all off with either Hurts like Heaven or Don't Let It Break Your Heart.

Hurts Like Heaven or Charlie Brown. I'll have to wait to hear Rihanna before I can judge Princess of China.

I think that M.M.I.X. wil start off fading in after Us Against the World with Chris repeating some of the lyrics from ETIAW or the rest of the band humming along to it. Afterwords it'll fade right into it!

But the video for Paradise has already been filmed supposedly.
