First off, this is my first post on here since I downloaded Paradise the second it was released on Itunes (1am my time, now 8pm) After seeing this news (which I JUST heard about), the first thing I thought was "This is good. Good for the band. They need to receive some more popularity in the US and singing with more Pop artists will get them there." I still agree with this, word by word. Rihanna according to Chris a a much different singer when its not her crappy pop bull shit. SO MAYBE this song can be good- BIG NAME w/ Coldplay (whom most know from Viva la Vida or Clocks). I mean, well...Basically I'm all over this: good song to begin with, now lets see how it is with a pop singer. People need to remember (and keep cool) that even if they don't like Rihanna there will STILL be a "Coldplay only" version, JUST LIKE LOST (or Lost+). Personally I can see this going somewhere. This album might be THE ONE. I can't wait to see where they go.

As I was listening I was typing, first impressions and such: Wow, I really never wanted to say this, but I actually consider this on the same level of respect as some songs from x&y (just this song don't get me wrong). Maybe it'll grow on me, it already is in a sense... Actually its getting better. Yeah ok, it's gonna grow on me. It's new, but- I can live with this I think :)

I really want to listen to this but I equally wanna hear it with everyone on the radio. Tough call.

Going to bed now to wake up extra early for the release/listening party on here! Cannot wait~ Hopefully I get up in time.

You have NO idea ;P And I'm totally pumped for tonight- I even have a sleeping schedule set out: Bed @ 8pm after a long hard day (Volunteer work in the sun) :D Wake up @2:00/30 for a release @ 2:50am and then stay up until I get home at 5pm xD Long day for this, should be worth it.

A lot of people on youtube changed the name of their videos to say something about Mylo Xyloto or Paradise. If you look at the upload dates you know which to check/not check. >:O

If your talking about the video posted at the top of the page then you should know it was edited to sound that way so the clip would be extended for listening. MAYBE its in the actual whole song he does do it, but at the moment thats just an edit for imaginative listening. At the moment just a preview, I do searches constantly (lack of anything better to do with my life xD) and I haven't found anything other than the clip. I highly recommend listening to it, either way you'll still listen to the full version whether you like it or not now. I am very happy I got all this tension out of myself by listening to that. Now I can sleep a bit better =D EDIT: Just to let everyone know that isn't understanding this- that clip (golfing7861 mentioned) was a joke. I watched it when it was around (which was even before the album was finished which makes NO SENSE) and all it was-was a link to a torrent full of old files from various artists. Paradise hasn't been leaked (at least leaked well) just yet. Nuff said.

I'm not trying to sound like a know-it-all or anything of the sorts, I guess I'm just so into Coldplay that it strikes me as odd to post extensively hateful comments, such as one made on this thread earlier. (P.S. not a BIG fan of ETIAW, but I still enjoy it- I believe Major Minus is more up my alley) True, we all can compare our opinions, I really don't have a problem with it, I guess I'm just perplexed. It came from a site that was allowing people to pre-order the song. I found some other forum or something that had a comment all the way at the bottom with the link. For some reason google didn't find the link :/ My only guess is that the people behind Coldplay WANTED us to find that. They wouldn't send a 30 second preview to song that shouldn't be heard until its released on Monday. Thank you MX&Yellow. :) EDIT: Your welcome! Last night was a good one for me.
