i guess the problem right now is that new bands with really great music are not getting the attention they deserve, and that's why sometimes it feels like there are not good albums or music out there anymore, don't get me wrong i don't want to sound like a hipster at all :) i'm agree that some bands right now are just doing ok music, and yes some bands don't get better after they realease really good albums , but some of them do:)
