Actually CB is the first song they wrote. But Paradise is Chris' favorite song and like it or not it is catchier and more complex than CB and I see it as the album's centerpiece. But I'm not gonna argue that they blew CB's promotion. Their choice of singles was right and in the correct order, and I'd choose HLH as the album's 5th and final single after PoC.

Who knows. But if it's going to follow the VIVA era template, yes. But definitely not before PoC.

Chill. :snobby: It's not about the promotion. Adele was absent for almost a year and her albums and singles have been insanely successful. To be honest, when I first heard the song (at Letterman) I was utterly unimpressed for some reason. Later on I fell in love with it. Combine that with a mediocre video and there's your answer.
