To Pimp A Butterfly is overrated. I'd probably dig it a lot more if I weren't so goddamn white. I love Kendrick, Good Kid, M.A.A.D City is one of my top 50 albums of all time, I think it's a good deal better than TPAB. It is the best album of the year tho but not by such a landslide. I get that this is a hate thread, so let people hate all they like. But this discussion is just so utterly pointless, I can't imagine anyone seriously read through this thread and come out with anything constructive.

Now that the AHFOD leak and release hoolpa has ended, I'm unsure whether GS or AHFOD is their worst album but I still love them both. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ This is fine. They settled on making music for their children and making people happy. A lot of effort goes into everything they do. I feel like Chris is a perfectionist control freak who plans everything like okay now I am going to have fun for exactly 4 minutes and that's ok too. I take it as it is. They are not obliged to be the biggest and best anything, I just wish they'll try to do something more sophisticated and substantial next time.
