I have no one in my real life to fangirl with :cry: I tried many times to get my sister to watch & listen to the band but she is just not into that kind of music :confused: I even made her watch the paradise music video that I was so excited about..I was like' It's the best thing ever, it's brilliant, outstanding, out of the box video" & she was like :"Ok, it's fine, but can you turn the volume down?":disappointed: At work, my colleague knows about my coldplay obssession but she doesn't know them..so when she watched the grammys & was commenting on the show afterwards, she mentioned " Oh, I've seen the band you like with Rihanna :angry: but I wasn't impressed" Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!! I tried to say that Rihanna ruined the song but she answered back" then why have they collaborated with her in the first place..it's their fault.." I could not but agree :embarrassed:

Is it really strange that all I can think about is how happy he looks in that photo??!!:thinking: Even if he's dressed up in some strange looking outfit..even if he's performing with someone I don't like..even if he's gonna be in the worst Coldplay music video ever that probably I will be scared to watch..but then again he looks so happy , so what else should matter to me?..I want him to be happy even if he's doing what I don't approve of..I should be happy for him..

late as usual but anyway :D I got to see the gig only this afternoon..I agree with all what you have said about Chris, he was so cute :) I have to say something first; I really miss everything about the Viva era..The artwork, the songs, the colored instruments in the viva style, the outfits & the normal shoes..Practically everything..It was magical!! & though I don't like reminescence but ..well..I am really getting bored of their MX outfits.though I liked them at first but nowthey look so ridiculous :embarrassed: Back to the gig: What a small theater it was!!! not so many ppl there & everyone must've had an excellent view, even the ppl in the balcony were so close..the stage itself looks small & stuffed with instruments & cameras that left not much space for the band to move!! Ok, how about the huge curtains? I felt they were out of place & somehow they made me scared :rolleyes: ( like someone is hiding behind them & is gonna come out any minute..I am being childish, I know:thinking:) Nevertheless, what a nice set of songs:awesome: all these Viva songs combined in one concert..I was overjoyed :pleased: 9 songs to be exact & each one of them is a masterpiece in its own right + some old favourites = A very pleased fan ( that is me ) This is the 1st time I see strawberry swing performed live!! I just realized that while watching!! what a relaxing nice tune!! The chinese sleep chant had a strange effect on me, I felt it filled the whole place in a way no other song did..( do I make anysense?) it's such a hypnotizing song..I used to listen it before going to sleep back in the days.. Clocks integrating some of "love is noise" lyrics, how nice!! Violet Hill :dazzled: one of my all time favourites, live or not, that song has a very special place in my heart :heart: Death & all his friends too was wonderful..Well, Ok I might cut this review short & express my admiration to the whole gig :P the one bad thing is the bad quality of the recording... Fight for every dream: so I was having a huge silly smile on my face reading the 1st part of the new chapter, then it turned to a nervous lip biting in the 2nd part..It's a great chapter..totally loved it :) I liked the "living in the stars" reference.. Julia actually drew Chris as the bunnyboy before..it is the cutest thing ever..She posted the drawing somewhere in the forum before, I can't remember when or where, but you can find them on her deviantArt page I guess:thinking:

I had the same problem & yes, the only way to view this properly is to downlaod the VLC player..I tried other things but they didn't work, so don't waste your time trying too.. I still haven't seen the gig, just made sure it worked properly.Hopefully I will watch it tomorrow

you said pretty much most of what I had in mind..although I didn't like it all. I felt really bored :dozey: & the low quality didn't help either..& WHERE WERE THE SONGS??? It looked like those ancient 911 videos, especially with the guy portraying Phil was on the phone.I expected him to say " 911, what can I do to help you?" or something like that with some sad story coming afterwards!!:inquisitive: A bit of disappointment I have to say:\ P.S. I've watched the Toronto gig one more time today :) it seems I can't get enough of it..I always say to myself one more song then stop, but I end up playing all the gig..happened 3 times this week :cool:
