FINALLY I watched the Toronto gig last night!! the download took forever :\ then when it was fully downloaded , a certain photo of a certain man in a black suit looking like heaven on earth kept me from functioning properly for a few days :rolleyes4: :embarrassed: but that is another story :sweatdrop: Anyway, last night I turned the lights off, closed the doors, set my player to full screen & managed to watch that gig..that's my review: AMAZING GIG!!! I didn't expect it to be that good, I can't imagine a gig without the viva chant!!I was wrong!! Oh My!! it was fabulous..I will comment on the crowd because they were great, just look at how happy their faces looked & how they sang along all the way :stunned: ( Oh I felt so happy for them, yet so jealous at the same time..I really need to go to a Coldplay concert but geography just sucks :\) the crowd really made the boys relax & feel happy..that was felt in their performance & Chris' praise of the crowd..just WOW I agree with all your comments: the epic ending of clocks, the amazing version of SOS with the crowd singing :heart:( I felt really high during that bit ), Jonny singing in Don't panic & that tribute of Ring of fire.. I have other things to comment on too: :) - The beginning with Square one :dazzled: I Adore that song, it was such a great song to begin a concert with, & those ticking numbers in countdown & the beautiful piano near the end..such a great performance of a special song..I loved every bit of it - then came Politik :stunned: well probably I would prefer it to be in the middle of the gig, not the 2nd song, especially after a powerful song as Square one because that's like firing 2 straight bullets into my brain..but then again Politik in its own right is a great song that could never go wrong..:) - Yellow was a great moment too, loved the way Chris sang the part " I swam across..I'd jumped across for you " in a different way than the album version..it felt more intimate when he sang it that way :heart: - Chris voice was wonderful throughout the show, he did ran out of breath during White shadows, but he made up for it by dragging Jonny to lie beside him on the ground :love: such a great moment.. - GPASUYF was epic..I guess they made changes to that song so many times live, & each time is even better than the previous.. - What if felt like the relaxing tone of the evening..The scientist was as great as always..Til' Kingdom come was really touching..( that harmonica Guy held was a serious weapon :P) I liked that part when all of them were standing close & Will on keyboards.. - I was really satisfied with the setlist which finished with Talk ( one of my early favourites) ..It was really a solid setlist with great songs, but then there came the encore :stunned: 3 amazing more songs with Swallowed in the sea almos filled my eyes with tears..such an emotional song..I loved it even more here with the piano solo. I guess I have already wrote a lot, but i have to say that this cake club is a great idea..I hope I don't write late next week:)

Finally I got time to read the last posts :rolleyes: Coldplay in Wonderland: the last chapter was awesome ;), so very creative..the rabbit & the Hatter parts are just..:nice: :awesome: :wacky: bunny boy is a GREAT nick name, I loved it :D P.S. don't know where else to comment on this but the new drawing in your avatar is soooooooo sweet.. Fight for every dream: :bigcry: what is Jonny doing?? He is losing it :cry: Why on earth did he say anything to Guy?? I feel so bad for him.. this story has truely captivated me..I am really getting nervous about where it is going..

Am I late on posting a review??:( sorry , I have been kind of busy the past couple of days :cry: Anyway, I will write my thoughts about the video before I read what has been written before, so as not to get distracted :P For a start, I love this show, I watch it when I really need to feel good.. It's a great chat with the band, with thoughts on their past, present & future.. The interviewer was really nice ( which is rare)..All of the boys were relaxed & not under any pressure, so they spoke openly & I admired every word they said :heart: Each of the band members had his chance to shine & say what he really felt..that was great because most of the times, it's all about Chris..As much as I love him, I also want to hear what Jonny, Will & Guy has to say.. It was really strange watching Jonny & Will riding a bus & saying they never get recognized :stunned: I loved it when Jonny said that he is only recognized by ppl who are nice!! I think it's great for them, & probably helps to put their feet on the ground.. I realized when I saw that video for the 1st time that this band was truly in it for the long run; they are talented, passionate, ambitious & hardworking.. They are always thinking forward, & don't waste their time bragging about their achievements.. They are always working, even when being interviewed!! I find that really great.. The songs, the editing was quite clever..I never felt bored..In fact I wanted more.. Chris was adorable, Jonny was charming, Will was eloquent as ever & Guy was ..sexy as ever :P Bono appearence was great :dazzled: saying frankly that Coldplay have raised the standards & upped the ante..coming from someone like him, it felt really special :cool: I was also thrilled to see the words " Peace & Love " written in Arabic on their studio wall :) I wondered whose idea was it... I even asked the oracle back then but she didn't answer :( If there is anything I missed in that documentary that had to be Phil, I really wanted him to make a real appearence & talk, since he is the 5th member..but..:( Now I am gonna read all your reviews with no sense of guilt :cool:

I like the idea..I love that south bank show..I watched it so many times before, but I'll be more than happy to watch it again..count me in the cake club:D

When one music video ( CB ofcourse ) can ruin your mood for the day , or perhaps more :\ ( yeah I know I am being childish, & the fact that one disappointing music video shouldn't have that effect on a person, especially when I should be in a bad mood because of many other bad happennings in life but ughh I can't help it :confused: )
