....it's genius compared to "Foals" one of the worst names for a band ever.

My latest guess for the release period of LP6 is early 2014 with the first single or a free track out Christmas/New Years time. No way does "not too far away" mean we'll have to wait another year. Unless all does not go to plan....... Anyway I like to have the album come out during a different time period than before. :nod:

Yeh LOW is a great song. In my TOP 10 easily.

This sounds like the same type of song leaked a few years ago but this time the voice is more clear.

They did back in a interview at the end of February 2010. But here we are in June which is obviously much closer to the end of this year, so it could well be, taking into consideration that they must be close to finishing it or at least have an idea when. Plus Will chipping in adds to the hope.

Hopefully we will get some news by the end of the year. Be nice to kick off 2014 with a new album to blow those winter blues away.

I feel bad for you if you want the next album to sound anything like MX, that would be boring. ;)

LOL @ people moaning that 2016 is too long. We are on the 6th album, I welcome a long break, they can't be expected to keep doing the same old 'record/tour' treadmill. I'd rather they came back refreshed with new influences and ideas.
