[2016-2-17] Coldplay to Recieve NME's Godlike Genius Award at NME Awards
Chris' voice was incredibly good tonight, hadn't heard him do so well in a while. Pleasure to listen to. As for the bmth exchange, nothing to be going nuts about (see people on social media jumping to defend one band/shit on the other), I see it as some healthy friendly jabs. Tho I bet those NME sensationalists are having a blast with all the 'drama', lol.

[2015-11-06] Coldplay Performing at TFI Friday (20:00 UK time)
Of course it starts buffering every 5 seconds right when they start, fucking brilliant. Liked what I could see/hear though, the woohoos at the end are gonna be hella fun at big concerts.

Pretty sure I heard him say the piano was broken in one of the videos from the soundcheck.

The piano was supposedly broken.

Amazing Day
Don't forget the good ol' feet not touching/off the ground; it's always made me giggle how many songs and lines alluded to that.

[26-SEP-2015] Global Citizen Festival, New York
Wasn't recording the direct stream output so I'll leave it to someone else to upload this one (rather not screen record it on my sub-1080p screen lol). They were cute together; like how Ed gave Chris a cue to jump in and sing along cause he was being shy.

LP7- "A Head Full Of Dreams"
Just gonna repost what I dropped on reddit. --- A sticker on his shoes read 'Gratitude' (long shot but maybe a song name?). Here's all I got (___ = one missing word; ______ = more): Nothing's too broken to find a way (back*) ___ a dream that died by light of day It's a fool's gold thunder You ___ (be?) ___ ______ ______ wanna breathe breathe breathe ___ * not sure because it kills the rhyme but it seems to be 'back' and it's the same colour as the rest of that line The other side was pretty impossible to catch a glimpse of (kill the cameramen!) but a couple of fairly blurry frames got me this: We miss (desire?) ______ ______ searching ______ Also, he sang: All I wanted was right here in my arms All I wanted, right here in my arms Which awfully reminds me of Enjoy the Silence so I don't know.

Hey ho!
Hey everyone! I'm a long-time lurker around here but I never bothered to register. The fact that I'm not so active on forums is mainly the reason for that. However, since I need some help with a question I have, it felt like a great opportunity to join the fun. I'm 15 years old and I've been a Coldplay fan since I can remember myself. It's my dream to go to at least one of their concerts and I plan on fulfilling that dream, but first I'll need to hit 18... sadly. My favorite song is... well it's hard to pick, but my top favorites are Bigger Stronger, Life in Technicolor ii, Talk and Clocks. My favorite album is X&Y and that's about all I can think of right now. Cheers!

A question about the gig at the Paralympics closing ceremony Hey mates, I'm so excited about my trip to London this September and I just remembered that the guys will be performing at the closing ceremony for the Paralympics... while I'm there! How freaking awesome is that?! But I have a small question and hope someone here would be able to help out in a way - since I've never been to London before I'm not aware of how things are laid out at the event's location and I'm wondering if I'll be able to sneak a peek at the band even though I don't have a ticket?
