  1. After they were corrected by posters! :laugh3: And wait, so she's not cheating on Chris with Gary Lightbody but his own brother!? A.

Thank you, they're fantastic! The last Chris pic is a tad creepy, though.... A.

  9. *snigger* You'd be amazed. Especially cuts/swellings after injuries on your face can take ages to return to normal. And it's not uncommon that the swelling comes a bit later than the actual injury. Anyways, if Madonna can have a black eye from her kids than wy not Chris. ;) A.
  10. Isn't that the side he injured on tour? It's probably still healing. A.
  11. Fantastic pic spam, thanks! :D A.
  12. PSB are fantatsic. And it's a funny comment. :D A.
  13. Erm, REM's Michael Stipe!!?!! ;) A.
  14. His voice is actually quite weak on the Blue Room EP. His range has changed, of course, he was almost still a boy when they started. What he lost in higher range he's gained in lower - see "Yes", for example. And all in all his voice is much stronger. It was at his best, for now, during the ROBTH era. A.
  15. This is the only one I know. :) A.
  16. Great concert and Chris's singing was especially good. Gah, I was recording it but my DVD player f***** 4 times breaking off the recording. Cue me losing my temper for the first time in ages leading to an injured big toe. :( A.
  17. Thanks very much for the info! :) A.
  18. Poor Natalie - you talk a bit and suddenly you're dating a Prince AND splitting up a marriage. Thanks for posting tha articles. :) A.
  19. Well, U2 are the prime example for a rock band (and I don't dare to call them pop even though some of their stuff is pop melody-wise and IMO that's nothing to be ashamed of ;) ) that made it big and is still here. Sooner or later, any rock band will be compared to them and you'll find the line "is this their Joshua Tree/Unforgettable Fire?" in an article. Radiohead were toted as the new U2. "The Bends" was called their "Joshua Tree". Thom was considered, just as Chris is now, the next Bono. Radiohead seemed to almost despair because of this, Coldplay took it in their stride - at least on the outside. Concerning their music, I don't think Coldplay and U2 are that similar. U2 weren't the first to write catchy fist-in-the-air songs and they won't be the last. They do have a similar work ethic, though. ;) A.
