  1. The reason we haven't heard it yet despite the film being show at festivals is because the version shown at the festivals didn't have the song in it! I'm sure the song will only be in the theatrical release and most likely just in the end credits.
  2. That song is called 'So Sad' It was never officially released.
  3. If you can't see it you'll need to clear the cache on your browser. This ensures that you get the latest info from the server and not old info that's been cached.
  4. Lol, no. But the page will take slightly longer to load than usual. BTW, I found the most compelling Lost theory the other day, here's the link. http://timelooptheory.com//the_timeline.htm If you're into Lost, it's a fascinating read.
  5. That's just the expiration of the cache... Nothing special is going to happen guys. 6. I guess I may be a little too hard on it...I was just expecting so much. I feel like some of the songs weren't mixed very well. I have a mix of What If (a song I don't like very much on x&y) done by tom lord alge(? that's what it says in my itunes) and the piano and other instruments just really pop out and make it a much better song. But I do love A Message and Fix You and a few others.
  7. Viva la Vida ... not that good. Death and all his friends .. pretty awesome. Viva la Vida or Death and all his friends.... fucking awesome!
  8. Viva la Vida ... don't like it. Death and all his friends ... pretty awesome. Viva la Vida or Death and all his friends... fucking awesome!
  9. Death and All His Friends is awesome!
  10. Do you think 'Viva La Vida' will be a song too then...since the other album names were also songs...
  11. Someone's getting fired...
  12. Remember that quote with chris saying they've definitely used more colors in the new album...
  13. Damn! You beat me to it! ;)
  14. So does that mean Viva La Vida is gonna be a song on the new album then?
  15. I'd say '42' or 'Violet Hill'
  16. I absolutely agree with you. "The hardest part was letting go, not taking part. That was the hardest part." Argh! He sang 'part' 3 times in that line...3 times!
  17. Shame on anyone for mentioning ANY old b-sides ;) With 1 being my least favourite: 1. Proof 2. The Hardest Part 3. Low 4. How you see the world (either one) 5. What If What If would've been alright if he wasn't singing falsetto throughout the entire chorus. As you can see, 2005 was a disappointing year for me :(
  18. The song synopses don't really give me any idea what the song will sound like so I don't mind reading them. How can you tell what the song will sound like from words...and there's no way to capture the spirit and the feeling of the song either.
  19. 42 because it's the answer to life, the universe, and everything.
  20. I suppose if you stretched your imagination it kinda sounds like the synopsis of "Life in Technicolor"...perhaps...maybe... Lol, I don't think it is but hey, I'm just trying to get excited.
  21. SamH replied to svennn's topic in Coldplay
    Don't say things like that!
  22. I hate to say this but I'm a little worried about LP4. Anyone else? Here's why... A Rush of Blood to the Head in my mind was the greatest thing I'd ever heard and the songs they wrote while on that tour were even better...Ladder to the Sun, Sweet Marianne, does it get any better?!? I was so excited for X & Y because I thought that was the direction they were going in. But, alas, they didn't. They scrapped all those brilliant songs and started over, and I found it disappointing. Sure, there are a few goodies on their last album like Fix You, Talk, and 'Til Kingdom Come, but apart from that...not so good. So X & Y has left a slight bitter taste in my mouth and it's hard to get rid of. And to be honest I can't stand those song synapses these magazines do because it gives me no bearing about a song whatsoever. They did the same thing for X & Y, it got me excited, and then I heard it and I thought, oh, that's what that was supposed to be describing, how the hell was I supposed to know that! So I'm ignoring those for the time being. But now for the positive spin to my post :) They say LP4 sounds nothing like what they've done before. Well, imo, that's a fantastic thing. I would love for them to go back to making songs like they did for AROBTTH and Parachutes, but X & Y proved that they could never go back. So now it's time to see what Coldplay are really made of, so I'm a little worried...but foolishly hopeful, as always. Like all of you I will be in line at midnight the day of the release (It'd be faster to just download it on iTunes but hey, that's not as fun!) and so unbelievably excited to be on the verge of listening to a new Coldplay album, I mean, how often do you get to do that?!? But this time I'm going to be a little more cautious as a I rip off the plastic and be hoping it will be a Coldplay album I'll be proud to blast from my car speakers on the way home. What are your thoughts?
  23. Clocks is better live, lots more energy. Same can be said for Politik, Daylight, One I Love and definitely Life is for Living
  24. Hey! I used to live in Bracknell! Well...close to it anyway.
  25. 15 Shiver 17 Sparks 19 Yellow 17 Trouble 18 Parachutes 17 We Never Change -Trouble +Parachutes
