Okay, so Violet Hill isn't my favourite Coldplay song of all time. Not surprising since it's been out for only 9 hours! All of their other songs have history and memories associated with them so they're already one up. But the song certainly rings in a time of change and indicates that Viva la Vida will be fucking awesome. When the first single comes out I tend to over listen and then I'm just tired of it. I'm trying hard not to do that this time around but it's stuck in my head so I'm failing :( Can't wait for the album and A Spell A Rebel Yell next week.

Ah, that makes a lot of sense. Yeah, like I said, it sounds shit with the repetitive line but the guitar and dance mix sound pretty good on their own. Doesn't match the song at all of course and pretty much ruins it. The ending is the best part of the song (imo), why change it!?!

So, when you search on LimeWire, LimeWire sends out a multicast message to an ip address that all the other LimeWire clients are listening to. So basically, these are programs that listen to the network for query messages, get the search query string, rename some porn filename to include this string, and send a message back saying, yep, look at me, i've got this file. Isn't the escapist song going to be an instrumental track? The billboard review said the escapist was similar to Life in Technicolor, which is an instrumental track.
