i already checked out kapones tab but i wanted to know if anyone knew bucklands part? sounds pretty simple, same tuning? capo?

does anyone have a COMPLETE tab of this or at least EVERY part? the one kapone had left out a chord or two...which was a very good tab so if anyone with better guitar skills could add to that tab?

how do you tune your high e string to a C#?? is there another way to get this sound? my tuner has the letters B, E, A, D, G, B, and E on it for guitar but no "C". what is the deal with this?
