i've been playing around with the drive knob on my amp. what exactly is it supposed to do? and theres another that says MID, its the knob between the bass and treble knob....what does the MID do? i have a couple different channels on my amp if that makes a difference..

the YES one is ok, not a fan of chinese sleep chant, not so much the playing but sounds like the wrong tab (needs more notes) i dunno the album version just doesnt sound like this one

i know this might be here somewhere but couldn't find it. Its for the live version of this song when johnny comes in at the end. i heard someone say the effect he uses is somewhat rare and quite expensive. so i'm not sure how effective the tab will be if i dont have this effect. but anyway, tabs for this??

i think there are many holes...have you seen the tabs for older songs? there are tons of tabs FOR EACH song. in addition to this the tabs are also scrutinized by us perfectionists and are supplied with variations. this is what i would like to see with the new tabs...like i said i know its all new but was hoping for an increase in chatter among them.

is it me or is there a lack of guitar tabs for the new album? 911 tabs have some tabs of the new stuff but on this forum tabs seem to be very very scarce. kapones tabs were pretty decent for older songs. as far as VLV personally i think its due to the fact that the album is still relatively new and also there seems to be not as many songs which can be tabbed for guitar. i think a good idea would be to try and collect all the tabs for the new album and create a new thread or whatever for them. links to 911 tabs are ok but i think the members here have better input and plus its a better place for discussion of variations in tabs. what do you guys think?

the squire thinline isn't as bad as you would think (being a squire)...its probably the one exception from them....and its not just because i own one but also because there are numerous positive reviews on it

THANK YOU VOICE OF REASON, its odd that almost no one else has mentioned this and has instead gushed over the concert...which was still very good but the best fans are the most critical....

i think the very ending of the concert sucked, what the hell song is that to end on? and i was pissed only 1 song off of parachutes, and of course its Yellow, of which i've heard a million times, beat into the ground.

easily the worst song on the album, doesnt come close to sounding like coldplay, no drums no buckland on guitar....i could go on and on at how disappointed i am that they put this on the album....i have noticed that almost all of coldplays singles are the most awful ones on the albums

yes i forgot to mention that in addition to the 14 year olds there are also the older goons who would think this is a "brilliant"album...it disappoints me to know that there are many coldplay fans out there that praise anything and everything they do....if they came out with an album that had only 1 song on it where chris martin is recorded taking a dump, all you people would say how brilliant and different it is...if they wanted to experiment they should have done it in the studio and left it alone...NOT try to sell it to the public and go around playing it at concerts....and i do love some 80s rock, U2 preferably...

this album hands down RELATIVELY FUCKING SUCKS....do i even hear buckland on this album? i cant stand reading 14 year old girls swoon over these songs...i'm a guy who loves good rock and i always take shit for telling other guys i like coldplay, but after this bullshit album i've had enough, buckland needs to man up and start rippin on his guitar...
