i cannot believe that two years has gone by. i guess because everyone vividly remember what they were doing that day which is why it feels as if it was a few weeks ago. i was at school going to second period and my friend who had just come from home told me what happened and she saw it on tv and i didn't believe her. then more people started talking about what they had heard. and in the middle of the class another teacher started running down the hall screaming 'the pentagon is on fire' that scared the shit out of me, and after that i grabbed my friends and we went to her house and watched the news. we were all in a complete state of shock. my friends father was flying home from pennsylvania that day so she was very worried about him. after 9/11 i became obssessed with watching the news. for two weeks straight i'd stay home and watch cnn. i wanted to learn all of the details of what went on. to this day if there is something on tv about it i try and watch it.
