  1. yeah where have you been?
  2. Chris is full of crap, it's just his weird sense of humor coming through. I wouldn't worry at all.
  3. didn't they get all tangled up in drugs?
  4. what's the deal with bad winters? like does somebody get a bad winter (i.e. lots and LOTS of snow!) if the summer before was extremely hot?
  5. yeah it was awesome, too bad i was at the nova game so i couldn't fully appreciate the first "snow fall"
  6. oh the backstreet boys, such memories

  8. time heals all wounds

  10. i'm far too lazy to keep up a blog, but like i said u didn't have to read this if you didn't want to (actually i didn't say that, but it's implied)....
  11. i agree, I'm not gonna go out of my way to bother with people who couldn't give a rats ass about me
  12. Rolling Stone is rubbish when it comes to reviews. Lil Wayne, four stars, really? That's total bull. The most recent ridiculous one I can remember is the Dig Out Your Soul review, it's like they expect Oasis to write another Wonderwall in order for an album of theirs to be good. And boy does RS love Bob Dylan, geez. Not sure what's so bad about the Kaiser Chiefs album though....
  13. u might get a hangover if you stare at it too long
  14. I've been feelin' pretty low lately, and I don't know why. Many things have been frustrating me lately. Girls frustrate me; I can't understand them, and I always end up in the dreaded "friend zone". People in general frustrate me, especially rude people who don't return calls or texts; people who say will hang out with you and then blow you off or stand you up. It's been happening to me way too much lately and I'm dead sick of it. I just want respect! However, I don't want to be known as a dreary person (a "Debbie Downer" if you will). A couple weeks ago, I saw a good friend of mine pass away at such a young age... he was only a year older than me: 20. He died just being a normal college student, out partying and whatnot. I saw all his friends and family he left behind at a funeral, and I tell you the amount of people that came to pay respects for him could've filled up Madison Square Garden. It was amazing how people can come together during times like these. So lately, I've been trying to take this recent tragedy as a wake up call. I want to be someone who will be remembered for always being there, for being a great friend, son, brother, etc. I want to be remembered as a fun, loving, caring person. Is that so hard to do? Something like this can certainly change your perspective on life, and that's what happened to me. I want to make people happy, but unfortunately I've been having trouble with that lately because I can't even keep myself happy. I just want some respect after all the respect I give people, is this too much to ask? I suppose it's better to give than to receive, and maybe it will all come back around for me in the end... who knows. All I know is that I want to start anew, because maybe this "wake up call" is a second chance and everything may not be lost afterall. Sorry for my rambling, but I just like writing how I feel, and if you had the patience to read this I thank you. I just hope I can be as good a person as I can possibly be on this board to you guys, don't be a stranger, send me a message. I'd love to talk. Cheers. Jeff
  15. lots of water before bed, and a shit-load of sleep! and then when u wake up, have another beer!
  16. I'm sorry, but no-one in this forum can answer this question. The best live act ever? That's a pretty hefty statement, because lord knows there have been great live acts of the past. No one here I'm sure has seen bands like Cream, Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones in the late 60s, early 70s when they were in their prime, or even Genesis and the Police in the 80s. Unless you've seen those shows, there's no way you can say that Muse, Radiohead, or Coldplay can beat them. Sure, as of recently, Muse has really been the powerhouse and an arena rock giant. I think even Thom Yorke would agree with that one.
  17. i feel like Rolling Stone's view of Coldplay changes with every article
  18. going to be absolutely epic!
  19. glass of water sounds absolutely epic! is it possible to get any of these as mp3s?
  20. now let's all play "yellow" and say barack obama at the end!
  21. twas a great show for sure, perfect setlist (not sure how I feel about the GPASUYF/Talk remix though). The Scientist acoustic was fantastic (anyone here sitting in the section Coldplay came to?). My only major problem with their concert was that IT WAS TOO SHORT!! I mean one song encore? Are you kidding me?
  22. you were at the ranger game on saturday? where were your seats i was there too! how amazing was that????
  23. ^^^ could've sworn i was sitting in your row. great great show, i liked how they mixed up the set list, remixed some songs (Esp. the hardest part, that song has a whole new meaning for me now) i'm just again disappointed with the length of the show. what's with the one song encore?! and did coldplay forget about parachutes?
