i think it's absolutely ridiculous this idiot is coming out now and accusing Coldplay of this. This guy has been irrelevant for years and I doubt Coldplay has ever listened to him. My problem with this Joe character is that he himself isn't original; he's been trying to be Eddie Van Halen for years, and all his licks and riffs are borrowed from EVH. Also, the guy has recorded like a million songs (exaggerating I know) so there's bound to be some melodies being borrowed and passed around.

first of all, let me congratulate you on a great screename, Let's Go Rangers! now, I'm gonna have to disagree with you. VLV is an album, it is more well-rounded. However, I like how Coldplay stepped out of the box a little bit for this EP.

Glass of Water is absolutely epic; it represents the Coldplay I have come to know and love throughout the years. As I've posted in this song's sub-thread, I am extremely disappointed with Prospekt's March. Oh so disappointed....

Coldplay was so close, SO CLOSE, to making a perfect song, but now I find myself wondering the same question as I did when I left their concert this year: "Is this it?". Where's the rest of the song? It was going so well: the melody, the lyrics, the chord changes, were (and are) so beautiful. But all of a sudden, the song just...well...stops. What the heck?! Are we going to have to wait for a Part II of this song too? I'm very disappointed with this song.
