  1. I love Seinfeld! The Marine Biologist episode is the best! But there are sooo many others like when they went to the hamptons, or the opposite george. What a show! :)
  2. thanks for all those shows! You guys are awesome.
  3. Wow, I just finished watching the new U2 dvd, it's soooo amazing! The Fly is so great live: the solo sounds great! It certainly brought back great memories.
  4. yeah just heard about that, I think that's gonna be pretty cool. He's a fantastic drummer.
  5. peter gabriel... what a voice!
  6. Go Canada, I hope they win. THey deserve it.
  7. I hope this album comes out soon, it's been a while since we've heard from RHCP.
  8. Why don't we do it in the road? by the Beatles :P
  9. yeaah how lame was that performance?! At least the Texas Marching band played Beatles songs :D . Wow I just listend to "All That You Can't Leave Behind"... what a fantastic album. Kite is a great song, as well as Wild Honey. Definitly two of my favorites. So uh, does anyone have Stuck in a Moment acoustic?
  10. hm, something that'll rock the socks off of people.... so definitly Square One or Twisted Logic. If they have to do Talk, that wouldn't be too bad.
  11. 1. The BEATLES!! 2. U2 3. Led Zeppelin 4. Genesis 5. Van Halen (not Van Hagar) 6. The Who 7. Rolling Stones 8. Jimi Hendrix (or the Jimi Hendrix Experience... either one) 9. The Police 10. Eric Clapton
  12. Oh ok, yeah then I definitly choose U2. And I never really thought about it that way, I guess U2 would definitly give you more credibility.
  13. doves - catch the sun......... it's so catchy
  14. What a good question? Do you mean like if we had a band? or just in general? Cause I think if I were a band I would love to open for U2 but I wouldn't know how to do it. Opening for a band like U2 is a tough thing to do. Plus the crowd is much older, they may not be as interested. Opening for Coldplay would be easier and more fun cause the crowd can dig you a little bit more. However, if I had the chance to tour (in general) with one of those two bands, I'd sure as hell pick U2.
  15. Happy New Year everyone! Does anyone here have Stuck in a Moment acoustic? I love that version, and I wish I had it.
  16. I think when he sings Blackbird at the end of Beautiful Day is a nice touch. It sounds really great. And yes Rock the Casbah is a perfect fit for that song. I think Bono is really trying pay tribute to U2's influences as much as he can.
  17. yeah, Bono really like so to quote other songs in the middle of U2 songs. I noticed that especially on this tour; a lot of Beatles songs were quoted (which I think is great).
  18. I just downloaded the live version of Bad from Wide Awake in America. What a great song! (Especially live).
  19. Dream Theater is a great prog metal band. Their new album is so good. Train of Thought isn't too bad either. Images and Words is probably their best.
  20. 7/10 John Lennon - Cold Turkey
