The Glastonbury 2009 Thread
i suspect they do but we don't, and won't until next year. They didn't announce the headliners before sales this year and I suspect this will be no different.

The Muse Thread - Hate This & I'll Hate You
I didn't mean the studio version, I meant it sounds like a radio session or some such recording. If you compare it to the Glastonbury show or even the Trabendo DVD it just doesn't sound like a big show should, not enough crowd interactivity or volume. I agree about the camera angles switching too much too, this is an afflication of nearly every modern music concert production.

The Muse Thread - Hate This & I'll Hate You
Disappointed with the new DVD. The sound feels far too produced and at many times it doesn't seem like a live show, just a session or some such.

British Sea Power
i have done but, as I said before, I'm not finding too much to be of interest in there but I'm wanting to hear some other opinions before I write them all off. :)

British Sea Power
fair enough, I assumed the links were dead - your task now is to go find any highlights from the big bundle of songs.

British Sea Power
I'm moving house at the moment but when I get the internet sorted out I'll upload the B-sides.

British Sea Power
Wow, there's a hole I just keep digging. I think I meant to apologise to Odnes Marinot instead. But still, what does anyone who has the b-sides think of them?

British Sea Power
Haven't heard any of their new stuff yet, still hoping I can hold out until the 14th. I can't, but I'm hoping. Will be in Leeds for their tour too, I had to miss the Bradford one a couple of months ago. Thanks for the B-sides you posted by the way Dave, I'm not sure I ever said thank you for it which is a most selfish and stupid way to behave. Any recommendations because, much as I love the albums, I haven't found many greats in there apart from the St. Louis EP?

U2
thanks for that - trailer is great - Does anyone know when 'selected cities' should be announced? Rolling Stones in Bradford's IMAX were great, and I'm not even a big Stones fan, so this should be extrodinary.

Manic Street Preachers
Rubbish song but good fun indeed.

Radiohead
Come on - what's with the bickering? More to the point, what's with WASTE charging over £13 for posting two tickets? As handling charges go, that's a stupidly big one. Support acts better be good at £100 for a pair. And by "good", I'm mean it not being Sigur Ros, but that's a whole new thread right there. Still, when it comes down to it - at Manchester next June, it's be worth it. It better be anyway, they'd better be in a better mood than the last couple of times I've seen them.

The Foo Fighters
dammit, missed the November tour and now missed Wembley standing. Still, plenty of time to look on eBay. Must be honest, I only own one album I bought ages ago but they were so amazingly good live at V Stafford last year I want to see if it's a consistent thing.

The Offical Morrissey Thread
I'm not seeing at as racism like the PC Police always seem to these days. However, anyone else appreciate the irony of him criticising immigration whilst living as an immigrant in Italy? Poor Italians.

Manic Street Preachers
the ZIP on their page seems to be corrupted though - a pity, but i'm sure it'll be sorted soon enough.

The Radiohead - In Rainbows Thread
That's a piece of genius. And I realised it was a joke straight away. Honest. The quote above is my highlight.
