Got 2 tickets this morning - very easy peasy. Makes a change to the fraught times I had trying to get my ticket last Christmas to see them in Newcastle!

Not much really. Chris looked exhausted as well as having a sore throat. Basically just said they were humbled and thanks to everyone for watching. Talked a bit about the light show at the end and how Glasto is their second home, but in general they just looked knackered. Understandable really - he really throws himself around on stage and bounces into the next track right after the last one finishes.

I watched it live in my front room via good old Aunty Beeb. I actually texted a few mates that were there as well to see if they thought the same, and they confirmed it. They (and others around them) were very let down by the performance. They thought Edge was excellent as usual, but Bono was just a bit of a tit. But each to their own.

I thought the general consensus was that U2 tried but failed (mainly because of Bono's massive ego). That's how I took it - and many others on twitter, facebook, local rags etc...

To be honest guys, they chose the playlist that would please the majority which I don't have a problem with. Glasto is that type of festival. Putting in more new songs wouldn't have gone down that well I think (maybe for us die hard Coldplay fans, but not for majority that want a more singalong festival). Oh and U2 better than Coldplay? Not a chance. I switched over the minute Bono started singing Jerusalem.

How so? They've played all the hits plus a few new ones as well. How can you be disapointed with that?

I think it's been a very 'professional' performance by the lads tonight. Normally Chris would go off and fit a couple of one liners into the songs, but not this time. I still think there has to be a little cover of some sort somewhere surely?

Rate 'Major Minus' now!
ETIAW seems to be getting a slating... however I think it's much better than this.

Really not digging it to be honest... I'm liking 'Charlie Brown' and 'ETIAW' but this? Not so much.

Yeah that's all I'm seeing too. Freezing temperatures but only light snow on Thursday.

Is it really necessary to set off that early? Isn't the gig not until the evening? Sent from my HTC Desire using Tapatalk

There's some heavy snow predicted on Thursday, but it's too early to say whether it will be anything as bad as what we had lately.
