  1. MY GoD all of you guys are so talented
  2. Did you know that Nicki Minaj is a reptilian????? And that her eyes were totally not photoshopped in some clickbaity video trying to expose absolutely nothing???? STaY WoKE break THe MATRIX TAKE THE RED PILL And I do believe that it isn't one single family, although I wouldn't doubt there are big guys pulling strings somewhere, I just don't know if they're the "illuminati" devil worshippers haha. And yeah WE have the responsibility to take care of ourselves. Funny thought, I remember reading something that went like, "what if the aliens aren't visiting us because we're warmongering, stupid, divided people?" They're probably eating alien popcorn and hollering whenever a bomb goes off, watching us like a reality tv show (that was a South Park episode actually). I went through this group's website along with the video and they just sound like a vague and cheap motivational speaker. Like "you must be tolerant, you must be this and that" trying to mask it with some deep speech. What is this. there are no concrete plans.
  3. He has an interesting way of writing and is really trying to help the industry with his brutal honesty. I actually gotta give him credit for all the research he does, especially with the shade thrown at Chris's private life and his own quotes. I did a little digging and took a look at this guy's other reviews and I was like, oh ok I see the kind of music reviewer you are. His (at least I think it's a he maybe?) tastes seem to revolve around experimental hip hop and just experimental everything. Vaporwave, deep house, you know the deep underground indie stuff for the most part. He did do reviews on other pop stuff from pit bull and whatever and gave them one star or one and a half stars. He even gave the pixies a low rating, then again I didn't really bother listening to the songs he reviewed so I'm not going to say much, but he knows what he likes and has his preferences. If it's popular and pop and/or manufactured EDM I won't like it mentality seems to be in the minds of tons of reviewers possibly (and you know what I don't entirely blame them for feeling that way but still cut a few artists some slack), especially with that charming writing style lmao. And this is a tiny little website out of the thousands of review sites has many different kinds of people , and I'm sure they've got many like this one. Que será. Although I have to admit I did call AHFOD their "midlife crisis album" so I don't disagree with that
  4. According to random conspiracies Coldplay are devil worshippers under the radar contributing to a mass globalized totalitarian system that is soon to emerge, and I'm still standing here looking at my watch waiting for something to happen. Those are some of the beans. Every time some famous person makes an odd gesture it's automatically assumed it's because a demon probably told them This belongs in the illuminati thread lmao.
  5. I've seen some videos like that, not just the joke ones, talking about their affiliations and all the signs in their music. I'm not too fixated on the subject but when exactly is this mass new world government going to strike?
  6. It's like a low budget Apparatjik
  7. "UNLESS IT CHANGES AGAIN" I could see the frustrated fan that lies within. Also I know Wales and Scotland are in Britain but it just abruptly cut to "GUY BERRYMAN IS SCOTTISH" and for some reason I cracked up. This is some top notch theorizing. I approve. Also where did you get that text to speech voice I need that
  8. LMAO if you're gonna have Chris you might as well have the entire set of members. Also you should totally have that as a carry on and find an empty seat and set it there.
  9. Lol I expected those right winged nationalist hate comments to pop up and they're making me love the song more. It's just something you gotta expect especially with the political climates in the US and Europe and other parts of the world. The award for contributing to a mass political controversy goes to COLDPLAY. In the political side of things, I do agree that not all refugees are good people, there have to be some baddies here and there, but I don't think that should negate the people that have lost their families and/or are just looking for help.
  10. Doesn't sound too shabby. And yeah I hear a U2 pulse in there for some reason even though it's pop heavy. I appreciate that they've put some more spirited vigor onto this EP in my opinion. You can really wonder what goes through their heads when they make this, as opposed to other pop songs in other albums *cough*. Certainly the band hasn't grown in making more and more complex songs, maybe with the exception of A L I E N S, but I can appreciate the fact that they seem more confident in themselves and their abilities. It seems evident especially in Guy's bass in the fact that you can hear it more now maybe more than ever, like there's more of a balanced effort instrument wise, then again I don't know about his confidence in his own playing in the past
  11. AAAAAH THIS SOUNDS SO NICE. I'm bugging out. The animation was so cute and melancholic. And I'm wondering, some people have thought this already and I saw this post on Instagram I don't know if this is what they intended lol because some of the Viva jackets had corresponding colors. There's also four of them. Unless the pink one could be Chris considering it was the most featured alien I think. Also some commenters claimed it reminded them of the refugee crisis in Europe which I thought was interesting.
  12. I don't think it will be. X Marks the Spot was just one of those secondary songs and not a big feature. I get what you mean but from the sight of those alien characters it seems like it's going to be quite a bit of fun. A highly simplified XMtS doesn't seem like it would fit. I hope they put in as much explosiveness and effort into aliens as they did for AICTAIY. If I'm wrong then ...
  13. If this is what the music video or lyric video is going to be like I'm actually excited. This reminds me of some old Cartoon Network shows lol

  15. I do agree that pop music is gradually getting more and more watered down over time, even though I haven't really heard THAT much from all those artists you spoke about, except for Coldplay :p. But there is good hip hop and good collaborations out there, and I don't think they'll all go full blown hip hop, maybe more EDM. For the collab, I hope they could pull off something close in quality, not stylistically to Lost+, or maybe the older Gorillaz or any other bands I can think of off the top of my head that have hip hop infusions. I still think it would be cool if they could push more towards the trip hop and downtempo direction for things like this, like Massive Attackish stuff, even if it's been off their spectrum of genres. Trip hop originated mainly in the UK anyway, it shouldn't be too far off from them, but you know a fan can dream.
  16. I listened to Chris's playlist on Spotify and I wasn't surprised to see his choices of music. Lana del Rey, Chance the Rapper and all that. He should have dropped in at least one Big Sean song in there, if they're going to supposedly collaborate. I can't wait to see how the EP is going to turn out.
  17. They probably based it off of iTunes ratings. I think. But I find it odd it answered quite an opinionated question like that. But it's interesting that it's the X and Y era concerts

Hmm... well he could be an ExFJ (I noticed you didn't really decide on the N vs S situation) if he focuses on having a sense of community and trying to guide the band along I guess. ExFPs can do this too, but they have a greater sense of kicking back and saying "do whatever you want man" but when the time comes when they need to really work they can push the team too and get things done. ExFJs may be a little less open to new ideas (not always the case, mainly if their intuition is strong like an N) unless it's presented in a particular way to them, but overall they have more of a "it's my way or the highway" mentality, but will be willing to negotiate. It's pretty hard for me to tell to be honest from just this interview. Seeing him in action would be best, but managers tend to be more likely to be Js, I would think.
  19. That's exactly how I feel about this. I know he's had plenty of negativity, depression in his past, insomnia I think and other issues. He'll get over one bad day. That hashtag is sweet but I honestly feel that it should have been started a long time ago.
  20. Draco replied to amsterdam's topic in Coldplay
If my friend called me fat, stoned and a sex god in front of a massive audience I just wouldn't know how to feel about that.
  21. LOL I've seen a lot of those comments but also ones arguing about the meaning of vapor wave itself. Things about it showing bland, mass produced 80s pop slowed down because it's represents consumerism, materialism, it's anti industry and long comments from a bunch of pseudo intellectuals. It reminds me of the pop art movement in the 60s somewhat. Also the one with the illegal immigrant is ridiculous HA
  22. It's like he's going to a prep school and he's the quiet but popular kid
