It's interesting that they put the lyrics in the booklet thing, that's a first. I wonder why they decided to do it for this album. I also really like the silver flower of life graphic on the CD itself.

Not questioning your credibility (just curious), how did this source come about this information? Do they have connections to the band? Did they have a conversation with them?

I'm starting to think that the new album artwork will feature the yellow smiley face. I know this is a huge assumption, but if you look at the shirt for the Global Citizen Festival designed by Coldplay, you will notice that a smiley face appears in the bottom left corner of the design above the word ‘Coldplay’. On top of this, I know it should have little relevance, but there is another circle that has an 'x' in it which is the cover art of Ed Sheeran's latest album, the other big artist that is performing. There are also lots of other symbols and shapes so it is probably nothing; I suppose it’s more likely I’m just looking for clues and things to get excited about.

I think the fact that Rollingstone also says the albums are "must-hear" means they have some additional knowledge about the sound or direction of LP7. So I also believe we are close to some official news about the albums release.

Hello, I am interested in expanding my Coldplay collection of singles but am unsure whether to venture into vinyls's of CD's first. Which of the two is best to go for, I do have a decent record player if that changes which one is best for me to collect? Also not sure on this but considering the future and the past which one has a more complete discography of the singles? Any opinions very welcome.

Because I live in Australia I have got this album now and I have got to say it is amazing. I loved Night Vision, one of my favourite albums, but Smoke + Mirrors is on a different level. All the songs fight well, but the best IMO are Smoke and Mirrors, Dream and It Comes Back to You. Seriously suggest those who are unsure to give the album a listen.
