I saw the New Year's Concert from Berlin - I always do, whenever possible. I love the dancing during some of the numbers and especially I like An der schönen blauen Donau / The Danube Waltzt - and today it was accompanied by pictures of Donau from its offspring and all the way to the Black Sea. When hearing this piece of music there is this anticipation of Coldplay coming on stage soon. But not today. And the Wiener Philharmonic Orchestra played a Danish piece of music too - "the Champagne Galop" by Lumbye.
