I have music videos and tv episodes in format .avi and my dvd player doesn't read them. I have to convert them into .mpeg to watch them in there.

Someone know any good program to do it? And not very difficult, if it's possible.

And do you know if the mpeg format is bigger than .avi? Or is something that I could change in this kind of programs?
