Do you go to the public library a lot?

I plan to - my public library is about to open again after having being brought together with the cinema. On the first (US: second floor) there is a cinema, on the ground floor (US first floor) there is the library. Between the two floors there is a thick layer of sound-proof material - they have examined it. They can play a noisy movie on the first/second floor, and you cannot hear anything of the movie downstairs.
