i tried to take a screenshot of it but it didn't come out

they are like blue and grey

it says Messenger Service at the top

i uninstalled Internet Explorer and i have Mozilla Firefox now so if i can stop it via firefox that'd be sweet.

it's microsoft, they give you pop ups and they make programs that you have to pay for to stop them

Try downloading the Security pack 2.

 

It comes with pop-up blocker

on mozilla suite (i supouse that you can do it on firefox too) you can choose on preference that you don´t want to show pop-ups that comes from not the main site are you aren´t in... i hope it helps you. :)
