Actually, many guys only begin to become perverts at my age. I'd say about 80% of guys get worsely perverted as they get into their early 20's, and a smaller percentage by their 30's, and luckily only a minor percentage become Dirty Old Men. But the height of perverdom is definately early 20's, methinks.
