NeoCitron knocks me out when I cant sleep. I dont know if you've tried that? Its a lemonade medication that you warm up.

Any kind of alcohol will put you to sleep too, good idea.

Probably not best to drink tooooo much alcohol before exams though :stunned:

probably why you havent slept... your pre occupied with the exams on your brain... :embarrased: I hope you finally got some rest. Good luck on your exams!

I used to have terrible trouble sleeping due to stress etc... so I got this herbal remedy....I think it was lavender, ginseng and some other stuff which I had to put under my pillow and that kinda helped, slowly but surely. Anyway I hope you've slept now and good luck with the exams :kiss: :)

When I got my wisdom teeth out, one tablet of T3 and I was a goner. I actually fell asleep on the floor sprawled out like a star once. :lol:

i always seem to get insomnia on a sunday

and its really annoying

but all i do is just listen to music, it helps me sleep :P
