I think I finally got mine going, it was tracking a couple of songs, I don't know how I did that exactly..but it may be going now.

What's it means when it says 'Cannot send - Handshake didn't complete'?

 

I looked under my winamp preferences under the plugin, can someone please help me with this?

sometimes it doesn't recognize the file name... maybe it has a number in front of it or something.. it'll reset itself... or at least it should.

NO, it did that with all the files that I played last night and didn't track any of them. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've had this thing since July and still I don't know what I am doing.

Also, it isn't tracking the weekly favs for some reason now. I just got my friend to install it and it is working on his.. but not on mine. This thing hates me!

Ok, camille, it still logs my recently played tracks,but it none of them have migrated over to the overall top tracks and artists. I hate not understanding stupid computer programs. any help??

ahh but its working then... it takes a few weeks for it to tabulate the top artists and stuff... I think after Sunday it should do the trick.. ;)

The thing is under my user pic right, it says tracks played: 4, I have played like 40 tracks. And my friend signed up a few days ago and he already has weekly tops and I don't.
