Has any one seen the movie?? i just seen it and man she is a damn good actress..Iwonder if this movie inspired her to have apple??

I have seen this movie, I watched it mainly because I am a fan of Plath.

i also thought gwyneth's acting was spot on...but i really didn't like the film itself...it lacked.

I'm also a big fan of Plath. Huge, actually.

This film was amazing.

She´s a great actress, but the movie is okay... I mean, they could focus more on Sylvia's poetry...

I liked it because no matter how many poems I read I never realised what a turbulent life she led :(

It was to do more with her life rather than her actual poetry - I suppose that's why it was called Sylvia, rather than Sylvia and her poems.

You can buy Sylvia Plaths journals....they are an amazing insight into her life....but it is a massive book and ive been reading it for about 18months on and off. you can only read a bit at a time coz its very heavy going! :confused:
