Is there a problem with Norton LiveUpdate?

Featured Replies

It's not working for me

And i've just done loads of stuff to my PC before asking anyone, So it would relaly help to know if it is actually screwed or is it my PC?

that's weird that you ask that because whenever I'm on the internet, it comes up and always tells me to permit something. I just gave up and checked the box that said, "Always Do This Action." Is that what it does for you?

my pc seems fine with norton updates, i can think what the problem is> if i can find out anything i post u again.

Why use Norton in the first place? There are better alternatives that are free. For virus protection, use AVG. Download Zonealarm for a firewall. And Ad-aware is a great spyware removal tool. I used to use Norton, but with expensive new editions and Liveupdate renewal fees, they just can't compete with the absolutely free versions of better commercial alternatives.
