dontpanic_ Posted June 12, 2005 Share Posted June 12, 2005 Why use Norton in the first place? There are better alternatives that are free. For virus protection, use AVG. Download Zonealarm for a firewall. And Ad-aware is a great spyware removal tool. I used to use Norton, but with expensive new editions and Liveupdate renewal fees, they just can't compete with the absolutely free versions of better commercial alternatives.
