I've been holding off listening to the album until I could get hold of a CD quality one and now I have it, my jaw has dropped to the floor,

 

Is it just me, or is this album the best that has ever to come out for at least a decade or so, the album itself starts out so fast and furious and then finally slows down, with the great track Till Kingdom Come last.

 

I can't make my mind up on what is my favourite track, all of them apart from swallowed in the sea and twisted logic, are 5 stars!

 

I have now listened to it back to front at least 12 times in the 24 hours and I'm not bored of it, this has got to be Coldplay's peak of performance, I am just loving it!!!!

 

Anyone else feel this is truely a special album, which won't get topped for another 10 years or so?

Have heard it now....finally! It is truly lush - almost every song rocks. I have to say 'White Shadows' is my fave at the moment - that chorus!!!

 

Also - what do you think of 'Twisted Logic' - I reckon that'll be a real grower - it's sooo dark.....!

I must admit when i first listened to the album i wasnt that impressed, HOWEVER after listening to it a few hundred times I love it already, I couldnt stop singing "a message" to myself today when i was at work and as soon as I got home the album was put on straight away, "fix you" is simply awesome I love the way it starts off slow but builds up to a big finale, "low" is really starting to grow on me as-well, and the guitar riff on "talk" sends shivers up my spine when it kicks in. Coldplay could have gone with the same formula that gave them success in AROBTTH but they have re-invented themselves with this album and i think they should be given credit for that. LONG LIVE COLDPLAY!!!

I hope there'll be more tracks like Talk and White Shadows on the next album.
