June 12, 200521 yr in fairness thats a goodpoint, when be here now was intally reveiwed it was given 9/10 ,10/10 , 5 stars but about 2 months after the backlash began, i actually like be here now, and i no its liams favouritve of the albums, but no band was ever built up as much as that, in fairness coldplay havent been as much, as much as i love coldplay, Definatly Maybe is Better than parachutes, and Whats the Story is better that ROBTTH, well to be honest Whats the story is better than nearly ever album, if not all imo, so the pressure put on that album was imense, oasis could never have toped there first 2 and ultimatly the media build up was there downfall in a sense, i love x & y but it does have alot of simalaritys with beherenow, if oasis walked of stage at knebworth and said thats our lot, the albums out next week but tthats us, Beherenow would be hailed as one of the all time greats - i hope coldplay learn from oasis mistakes, and btw SOTSOG is not that bad an Album, one for the fans reli
June 13, 200521 yr "The title to Be Here Now comes from one of John Lennon's last interviews, during which he was asked if rock'n'roll had a message for the world, Yes, to "be here, now" he replied, brilliantly." I actually think the title comes from George Harrison. It's the name of a song on his second solo album. If anything, John got it from him. It's probably some Hare Krishna thing. But yes, very cool album title.
