Coldplay will be appearing on the cover of next week's Radio Times in an exclusive souvenir edition. And not only will Coldplay have its own cover - the top TV magazine is producing an incredible eight covers in total to mark the occasion of the biggest gig in 20 years - Live8.

 

Other bands to have their own cover include: U2, Paul McCartney, Sting, Bob Geldof, Annie Lennox, REM and Joss Stone.

 

Coldplay also talks exclusively to Radio Times in the 10 page Live8 special feature. Don't miss the chance to get your special Coldplay cover, on sale Tuesday 28 June.

I really hate living in the USA... sometimes. Is it possible for me to see the article in Radio Times when it comes out, so, as with the one in "Q", which a member made available to us, I can have a file of it? I cannot subscribe via their website, as their forms are not set up for anything outside the United Kingdom. I don't know anyone in England to whom I could send subscriptions and then pay them to have them shipped to me...

 

ACK. U.S. TV and publishing is so BORING and pedestrian.

Corricopat- I can't help you with Radio Times, but I can as far as some other publications go, I might be able to. I'm not sure what the major chains are on the east coast but in Chicago we have Borders and Barnes and Nobles... both carry magazines that they import from the UK. I've seen NME and Q there plus a few others. I think we get NME about a week late. They cost around $5 or you can just hang out ad read them there. There is a good chance that you know all this already but I thought I'd throw it out there.

Gad! So I checked out Barnes and Nobles, they don't carry Radio Times! It will cost me around 360 dollars to subscribe and it won't be in time to get the issue anyway! HELP MEEEEE! Please any one, privately email me or something if you can get a copy of this issue for me, I am a goldstar ebay buyer (You can check me out), an honest buyer, pleaseplease let me know if anyone can help me out?
