mc_squared
How can a download site offer unlimited downloads for 30 quid a year and be legal??
Kapone
its not!
mc_squared
So what's the point in paying them for the privilege when there are loads of free ones around? Are you sure about that?? If so, why haven't they been closed down?
Kapone
Well basically, you pay to get faster downloads etc. Whats illegal is what you download ya know?
mc_squared
But if this site is actually being advertised by somebody, wouldn't the powers-that-be have gone for him before now??
Kapone
what do you mean?
mc_squared
Well if someone's actually taking money for this, there must be a website where you have to pay somehow, so certain details must have been given out??
Aquia
well mine says it is legal..... and i have unlimited downloads.. rated top site by mtv, aol, and cnn... :D
mc_squared
Interesting.........................but Kapone seems to disagree. I find it a bit implausible, but - could be wrong.

mc_squared
Maybe. But if it works and is indeed legal, it's a good idea.

About A Girl
http://www.winmx.com its free
mc_squared
I'm familiar with WinMX, but thanks anyway. The point is that it seems crazy if you can download anything you want for 30 quid a year legally when individual tracks seem to cost a quid on other sites. Doesn't really make sense, does it?? Kapone
Yeah but downloading websites only provide a service where people can share files. What people share they have nothing to do with the website. The 30quid a year only controls how fast you download and how effective your searches are. People like Metallica and Dr Dre have started sueing (spelling?) the websites for letting people share their songs
mc_squared
Can't say I'm surprised.
